Dr. El Bialy was my teacher during my training at UCLA Medical center in cardiology and I owe him tons. I just hope every doctor finds a teacher like him who encourages and motivates you by giving the best example every day of how a doctor should perform through every aspect in medicine.

Slowest moving staff I have ever seen. Trying to even call in is a chore. The office staff does not care. They do NOT send files to your primary physician because their excuse is their not connected on line!!!!!!!!!!!! They report inaccurate testing. Even if he is an alleged good doctor, there is a very fine line between giving you wrong test results, not being able to reach them including the thoracic surgeons office. This is a heart doctor. We are not talking a broken toe here!!!!!

Dr. El-Bialey is an excellent interventionalist. I benefited from his expertise as well as his knowledge. Although He was exceptionally busy that weekend, he always took the time to answer my questions and provide the facts that I needed. He made a huge impression when he stressed my responsibility in maintaining my health from that point on. He and Dr. Tilkian saved my life and helped me get on the road to preserve it.
