After taking my mom to Holly Cross and this doctor “trying to save her life” And my family and I waiting for any news of my mom outside in the cold after we saw my mom having cardiac arrest after cardiac arrest. This un empathetic doctor comes out to tell us “your mother died” “you should have brought her in sooner” Really?! My mom died! And thats all you had to say!? You don’t have to be nice about it if thats not your nature “DR” but did you even have any idea what we went through that day! Horrible! Just horrible!

I really like Dr. El-Bialy. However, his staff should all be replaced. They do not respond to pharmacy prescription refill orders, nor do they call in prescriptions when personally requested. They promise to respond to patient inquiries after consulting with the doctor, but you never hear from them. A doctor is only as good as the staff that supports him. This lack of response for routine requests is highly indicative of what to expect in an emergency. This is an unfortunate review for such an excellent physician, but after constant review of this experience, I’m continuing my care elsewhere.

Dr. El Bialy was my teacher during my training at UCLA Medical center in cardiology and I owe him tons. I just hope every doctor finds a teacher like him who encourages and motivates you by giving the best example every day of how a doctor should perform through every aspect in medicine.
