I would like to highlight the work of Dr. Abhishek Sinha. Dr. Sinha inserted a Stent into my closed Artery and replaced my Aortic Heart Valve. Dr. Sinha is outstanding
The service and attention I have received from the doctors and medical staff have been excellent. The issue I have with the Mission Hills office is the result of several scheduling issues. 1 I had to schedule a procedure with the hospital across the street from the Mission Hills office. Cardiovascular Consultants made the appt. with the hospital and when I showed up to the hospital the day of my procedure the hospital had the procedure down for a different time resulting in a 4 hour difference. No one seemed to know about the time change in the procedure including my doctor the hospital and Cardiovascular Consultants. While this may have been the fault of the hospital it seems like better communication between the two might have helped to avert the problem. 2 I had a second heart procedure at a different hospital and had to have a COVID test prior to the procedure. I made an appt. with the hospital for the test on Cardiovascular Consultants directive and Cardiovascular Consultants did not fax over the paperwork the hospital required so when I showed up for the test the Hospital had not received the order for the test. It resulted in a 2 hour wait while the hospital appealed to the office in Mission Hills for the paperwork they needed. 3 A week before my heart procedure was scheduled I had not heard about any pre op procedures. I called Cardiovascular Consultants to see if there was anything I needed to do prior to my procedure i.e. like suspend my blood thinner. The person who answered the phone at Cardiovascular Consultants informed me that I had already been contacted about preop information and had a conversation with the staff but this was incorrect I think they were confusing me with another patient Also when someone calls to clarify preop instructions it is a bit offputting to be told that you had a conversation with the staff that simply didnt happen. 4 The day before my procedure the hospital where I was scheduled to have my heart procedure called to give me further preop instruction. The nurse who contacted me from the hospital said they had not received directions for me to stop my blood thinner. Since this contradicted what Cardiovascular Consultants communicated to me about preop when I called them I called their office to clarify. While the reception team understood the seriousness of the situation and worked to resolve the miscommunication it was another issue with hospital communication on a growing list of misunderstandings between the Mission Hills Office and the hospitals they work with. 5 At 1 month post op I was told I would be contacted for a followup Echo. Whether this was a miscommunication or not I am not sure but when I did not hear from the office I called them to schedule the Echo. I called a few more times and after about two weeks finally received a call back for an appointment. In my opinion the office staff is probably genuinely doing their best however if the reception team is overloaded perhaps Cardiovascular Consultants should as a private company provide their staff with more training and support or extra front of house staff so that scheduling mishaps are less likely to happen and miscommunications that are more serious like those pertaining to medication are avoided.
We were referred this cardiologist Dr Gupta by our primary doctor and saw him monday March 18th. Both my husband and myself liked him amp felt he answered our questions and he even offered to do a monitor at home to watch for Afib mainly to ease my mind but I didnt want to make Alex more anxious so I declined I dont want to increase his stress. I did appreciate that he addressed my concerns though. I think he will be a good fit for us and the office is 5 min away. They did an ekg in the room and had no problem giving me a copy. So far overall we like this office amp the staff were all nice and helpful to us too so winwin
The staff is always friendly knowledgeable helpful
This is my second time here and the staff and Dr are very nice and helpful. Comfortable environment and waiting area.
Poor customer service The receptionist are rude and condescending... they dont like to answer questions and rush you out of the phone. My personal advice is find another place to go to even if you have to drive a little further is worth the headaches.
They are professional and very attentive. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat. Erika was the best. Thank you
I have great care each time I have been here. Im a repeat customer.
I cant begin to express my gratitude for the wonderful care my husband has and continues to receive at this office. Everyone there is very special

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
