Dr.Kassabian is truly one of a kind. Her genuine care and undivided attention stood out from the start. Not only did she comfort me with the thought of being in good hands, but Dr.Kassabian also proved it through the treatment she provided me with. She brought my skin back to life and gave me back the confidence I was missing while suffering with acne. Finding a doctor as effective yet warm-hearted as her is quite rare. I highly recommend Dr.Kassabian to anyone in need of a dermatologist!

I had a wonderful experience here. Dr. K was lovely, the staff was great. The reviews are warranted and I will most certainly be back. I've had a lot of Dermatologist in my life, and some have been good, some just meh. I left a bit so great one and found this office, so happy I did.

Dr. Carolyn Kassabian is an excellent dermatologist. I see her annually for skin checks and occasionally for other skin care services. She is always so kind and cares about her patients!  Her staff is always so helpful as well.  As a nurse I know good bedside manner and she's the best!

Definitely do not recommend visiting this office. I made an appt to get Botox however due to covid, I was told I that I'd have the consultation at the time of the appt. I was also told that there wouldn't be any other charges except for the costs of units. After I was given a consultation, I didn't want to proceed and I had every right to change my mind since they didn't want to schedule me for an actual consultation. The doctor saw this opportunity as an easy money grab and charged both me and my insurance after she documented the appt. as a "dermatology follow up" appt. The doctor just asked me if I had been continuing my medications and for some reason, that was her idea of a "follow up". She soon rushed to see a different patient and had an assistant walk me out. Since this was a "follow up appointment", I assume I should've been granted the right to actually FOLLOW UP and talk about my concerns. Instead, she snuck away and ended the half a** appointment. I was upset and was told I couldn't speak to the dr. since she was seeing different patients. Her assistant also told me that the Dr. would give me a call to discuss the incident. It's been a few weeks now and I still haven't received the call. This isn't the first time the dr. rushed my visit. Two visits ago, I literally had to recommend which medications I should be prescribed and I left the office so confused wondering why I needed to do the thinking when she's the professional. She doesn't not listen to concerns... just wants patients in and out quickly so she can get paid. Not to mention, the front desk ladies/ assistants weren't the nicest but whatever, I didn't expect much from them to begin with after hearing their snarky remarks and attitude ( we can still hear y'all behind that glass window, ladies. Heyyyyy ;) ) What was shocking however, was the doctor's ability to take advantage of the situation. I'm definitely filing a claim with my insurance because there's no reason anyone should have to pay for scammed service. They totally lied and misled me, leaving my insurance and I stuck with a bill.

What a caring Doctor I've found. I'm so very pleased with her office in general and how smoothly my 2 visits have gone. What I'm most excited about is how Dr.Kassabian is transforming my sun damaged skin. She is very open and willing to talk about any issue and I appreciate her professionalism. What a sweet Doctor.

Very professional and a wonderful experience. I felt like she took her time to explain to me why I was breaking out and what our next steps were in detail.

Dr Kasabian is amazing! I've seen her a few times to remove sunspots, skin tags and moles. She's professional, she's super sweet and caring, her office is clean, and she takes her time to treat your issues. Her staff is also very organized and follows up.
