Amazing experience!!!! First off staff extremely friendly walked in was greeted immediately and given check in paper work . Was seen in a timely manner ultrasound tech was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The Dr was the sweetest provider I've ever encountered got some really good images of baby. I left the office extremely pleased .

Been here 2 times in the last 3 yrs for separate pregnancies had to come alone for my second pregnancy because of COVID-19 restrictions, the experience was still pleasant, the tech and doctor were kind.

As am aware of this whole COVID situation and how precaution needs to be taken, I just don't understand why an experience with your partner/spouse is being taken away... not being able to have them by your side nor via video call is frustrating as a piece of moment is being taken away..

Front desk has the worst customer service/patient service. The first time I went I was standing in front of her for a good minute before she acknowledge me. The second time she was doing paperwork and I was standing there for another 30 seconds and just said "I'll be with you shortly can you please sit down". Does she know how to be a front desk/receptionist? Maybe try? "Good morning, I am wrapping up some paper work I'll be with you in about a minute or so, for now can you take a seat?" (with a happy and friendly tone). Then the COVID-19 restrictions (which I understand completely) but as I expressed no one told me upon confirming my appointment she just said sorry in a very sassy way and didn't even acknowledge how it is hard for the parents. Say sorry after every sentence and not acknowledging one's feelings is makes you feel like she doesn't care and is saying sorry to shut you up. I was a clinic manger at an OBGYN during the start of COVID until 2021, I understand these restrictions and had them but I was super caring and considerate to the parents. Things are hard enough these days. I also was a receptionist so I know the importance of being friendly, welcoming and empathic. I give a two because the doctor and techs are great.
