I don't understand how people in Washington state gave Dr. Bernstein one star. He has been practicing exclusively in California for 33 years. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and interacts very well with his patients. He listens to his patients and explains things in an understandable way. On occasion, there are waits however it's the result of Dr. Bernstein giving patients the amount of time their case deserves - not just a 15 minute standard. I highly recommend Dr. Bernstein.

Just don't make an appointment with him I read the negative reviews and thought maybe they were just people not easily pleased but after waiting 15 minutes to see him and no one explaining to me why there was a delay I gave up after my coat pay back and left I tend to believe the negative reviews on this doctor are true from my experience today
