Don't waste ur time switch clinics

En lo particular si me atienden bien pero aún con cita el tiempo de espera siempre es demasiado 1 hora después de la hora de cita 😔😪😪😪👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 honestamente si fuera por mi no volvería a este lugar 😡

The ladies at the front are amazing but the doctor? This is why our country medical system is such a failure. Help your people! This clinic "CALLED ME" to set an appointment to see me. That same day I had just seen my primary doctor so I assume it had to do with my visit. My doctor usually sends me to different places to do blood work or X-rays. When I get there they do my profile and ask why I'm there for todays visit. they seem confuse. The doctor comes in an is asking me questions back to back and doesn't let me speak. She's speaking so unprofessional and sarcastic to me. She was making me feel dumb because I had no idea what was going on or why I was there. I stop her and had to tell her the way she was speaking to me was not professional for a "doctor". I explain I was confuse because they called my phone. I have no idea where this clinic came from. They called me and made me come in for no reason. Definitely going to report this behavior.

Mi nombre es solange Lehmann por muchos años llebo viendo al doctor ahora tb van mis hijas, me encanta un buen profesional y además es un médico amigo toma su tiempo para todas mis preguntas y siempre está ahí para ayudarme a mi y a mis hijas. Y su personal tb ayuda mucho.

I've been coming here for the past 3 yrs. 2 pregnancies, even during COVID-19 restrictions everyone was attending and kind.

The name of this urgent care is fitting for the type of care they provide. With the kind of experience i had , their reviews are way too low. I had a 5 star experience here. The staff are so compassionate and kind, i spoke to a lady named lily who i cannot thank enough for how helpful she was in my condition. My doctor also did a fantastic job , i was back to great health in no time. They even call to check on you. I would recommend to everybody.

All the nurses and people at the desks are extremely nice and caring. The doctors not so much. If the nurses were doctors I think the place would be a lot better! Got sent here after I changed insurances and needed to change out my expiring IUD. It was the worst experience. The first doctor, while doing a Pap smear, decide the best way to insert the speculum after it snagged was to force it instead of taking it out and reinserting. The nurse seemed a lot more concerned than the doctor and asked if I was okay, the doctor said nothing the entire time. I realized I was bleeding when I got home and was in pain for the next couple of days. Anyhow got an IUD inserted and I think they placed it incorrectly as I was in so much pain for the next couple of months that I never experienced with the precious IUD I had for 5 years. I went back and complained multiple times and the doctor dismissed me or checked it and said it was placed correctly even though I could feel it poking out (more than the strings) unlike the last one. I was over it after the 3rd time complaining and told him to take it out. Got to my appointment and was greeted with "wow are you trying to have a baby, how exciting?" And when I replied "No, I've told you multiple times this is very painful and nothing improved. I want this out" he asked "How old are you?" And I said my age and he replied "Thats very young to want to have a baby" as if he did not listen to anything I said. Haven't gone since, looking for another doctor. Very disappointing.

I wish I never went here it’s so impersonal.. having a baby is supposed to be a happy experience! This is my 4th pregnancy and the doctor that I had before doesn’t see ob patient any more so I settled for this guy! Fast forward through pregnancy with a lot of small issues. His bed side manner is insensitive and clinic management was decent in the beginning and now it seems to be over an hour wait everytime. One person is supposed to give you paper work for test and then you never get it. now I am 38 weeks and feel like I don’t matter at all. My questions and concerns are not entertained! High blood pressure/ headache for days nausea and over all I don’t feel good and he wrote me off ! I spent 6 hours in labor and delivery being monitored and then call to talk to the doctor the next day cuz my symptoms didn’t improve. They told me to come in and he didn’t even entertain my concerns. I also have never felt this sick and like something isn’t right never had these symptoms with any other pregnancy and this doctor doesn’t care . Said I wasn’t swollen when the hospital said I was and you can clearly see swelling and when I tried to ask about contractions he wrote me off yet again asking if I knew what Braxton Hicks contractions where !!!!! This is my 4th baby and even being monitored at the labor and delivery you can see I was having contractions every 2-3 mins and he said that there machines are just sensitive. Now I am home with day 5 of a headache swollen hands and face blood pressure elevated and the hospital said I have gestational hypertension but yet he said it’s ok it’s almost over see you next week. I don’t recommend this doctor at all he should not be an ob anymore !

Worst experience ever the wait time was 2 hour, for him to tell me there was nothing wrong and go by what his Medical Assistant said. If everything is ok then why am I in so much pain. Obviously something is wrong! saw me for 10 minutes or less. Not coming back!! (The Medical Assistants are great) Not happy with the provider
