Shahram Kossari's Online Review Report Card

this man should not be practicing medicine. I have never seen such a callous physician. If you are in pain he will mock you. He will suggest unnecessary procedures without explanation. He thrives on getting clients he knows cannot defend or advocate for themselves. Most bad reviews will go unwritten because of this. He is a disgrace to the medical profession.

This doctor treats his patients like cattle. He doesn't see his community as human beings. He performs unnecessary procedures without a care to how they affect or impact the lives of his patients. It is a true house of horrors in Mission Hills.

Internet is a funny thing. Found the doctor who was my ob/gyn and delivered my daughter 16 years ago. I don’t know better back then, I was too young, maybe to him, just a number. His comments about my weight gain always made me very uncomfortable, but not big deal. Once I turned 40 weeks they had to induce me and when I was finally ready to push, the nurses made me wait because doctor Kossari wasn’t there yet. I had to hold my baby in! When he got there he cut me without warning, top and bottom. Like nothing. What an experience this doctor provided me. I was 19 hrs in labor, not ever offered a relief for my pain. Zero support from this doctor

I had the absolute worst experience with this so called doctor. I’m barely getting around to posting this after almost two years. I was pregnant with my first child and needed a doctor ASAP since I was already 4 months pregnant. I landed at this guys office and wasn’t sure what to expect. Being under his care was like being under no care. I never had my questions answered. He Took it upon himself to schedule me to be induced. Always talked about my weight gain and was surprised at the fact that 2 weeks after giving birth I had lost a quarter of the weight I had gained. He made a snarky remark about it. He didn’t even provide postpartum care! In fact, I had pain from the c section, that he thankfully didn’t perform, and said he had rushed to his office just to see me. In his words I’ll never forget, “I was rushing all the way here to my office because they said this woman had an infection! It’s nothing!” First off I never told his staff I had an infection I did say I had pain. And second I know he didn’t rush to just see me! When I called that morning he had other patients to see. He truly has poor bedside manner and is a tired out ob. He has no business being in women’s health. I have thankfully found another ob and the difference between the care I get there is day and night! I am sharing this because I didn’t realize that not every obgyn is the same as this guy. Had I known I would have immediately gone elsewhere but I was pregnant for the first time and vulnerable. Ladies it’s your women’s health and you babies so choose wisely!

If i was able to give zero stars I would!! Plz don't ever come to see this so called doctor!. Sean kassori is a joke!. I was pregnant with my first child. I had no idea what to expect and only had medical, my ex mother in law recommended him to me and being that I just wanted to see a doctor for my pregnancy already I took a chance. He didnt care and wasn't compassionate towards me. He would give me short and simple answers to all my questions so I left my appointments more confused than when I went in. Him nor his staff told me there was a dead line to test if the baby was forming OK, they just simply got mad at me for it and even embarrassed me in front of my family and other patients there,saying it was my fault that I didnt ask them about it... How can I ask for something when I didnt even know anything about it!! Its their job to inform me. I cried so many times because of how be little they made me feel. I tried switching doctors but my insurance wouldn't allow me to see the doctors I wanted to see. I felt helpless and my pregnancy was extremely hard. When he did a cervix exam I told him I was in pain and all he did was just mock me for it!. I thank god he wasn't the doctor who delivered my baby. Plz ladies!!! Do yourself a favor and don't go into his office. I am honestly traumatized from the experience.

My Husband and I have been trying for over a year to conceive. We had a lot of heartache every month, and trust me it does not feel good. I went on a search to find a DR that was good at what I needed help with. I scheduled my appointment and I was super nervous. I met with Dr. Kossari and we talked through everything, he went into complete detail of what our process was going to be like. I was scared to see if maybe it was my fault for not being able to have babies. I did exactly what he requested and now My husband and I have 2 beautiful girls. Thank You Dr Kossari for making this journey simple and fun.

Dr.kossari is an amazing doctor delivered 3 of my children best doctor in San Fernando Valley!

I cannot believe this man still has a medical license. I will never forget what this man did to my poor mother. She came in to consult about a non symptom fibroid and got a full hysterectomy. She was unknowingly thrust into early menopause with no after care or education about her situation. Shortly after the surgery she hemorrhages and I at the time 18 years old had to drive her to the hospital where he tore into her while she was writhing in pain he told her to be quiet ! Honestly had I been older and more informed I would have stepped in and slammed this man with a lawsuit. This was over 20 years ago and I will always remember this very traumatic event.Please be careful sisters. What a disservice and disgrace to the medical community

Dr. K worst doctor . He delivered my son . & as soon as he delivered him he left it turned out I was bleeding blood clots the nurses call him to come back he didn’t even bother to come back I lost so much blood that the nurses were frustrated & said forget him and found another obgyn to do the procedure so I would stop bleeding . 4 days later I was ready to go home and still he didn’t come to do the discharge papers I will never recommend him to anybody
