Very disappointed. From the staff answering the phones (unhelpful) to Dr. Gonzalez, who my elderly mother was referred to (still waiting for her to call back with hemoglobin count that's necessary to determine whether or not she needs a blood transfusion - after calling her office 3 days straight). Piss poor professionalism and empathy. Perhaps other Drs in this group are compassionate and professional. Sadly, our experience has been negative. Proceed with caution.

The staff are very accommodating ,respectful and understanding.My oncologist Dr.Hooman Parsi is very nice and caring.He doesn't mind spending much time listening to my concerns even tho he could hardly hear me speak because of my paralyzed vocal cords.GOD bless all......

I have been a patient w/ The Oncology Institute for the past 5 years. The staff shows sincere interest in helping their patience feel comfortable and cared for. My doctor is AMAZING!!!! he effectively communicates with me and always makes me feel I matter. Without this continuous support I would not be where I am today. I applaud The Oncology Institute for taking such good care of me.

I have polycythemia vera, because of bone and body pain for the first time i call to this facility to talk to my doctor to get advice, unfortunately I had worst experience to talk to bad attitude lady name "marta" at first she was lost then start getting angry , I think to change my doctor!
