A Doctor Who Truly Cares Dr Ashley has shown a level of compassion, empathy and dedication. I felt reassured and cared for. He takes the time to go over my test results, answer all my questions in a way I could understand. His calm and positive demeanor helped calm my fears. I am deeply thankful to have Dr Ashley taking care of my post breast cancer care.

I'm in the middle of treatment with Dr. Ashley. He did my double mastectomy. I'd give 5 stars to Dr. Ashley along with his support staff. His breast care coordinator, Paula, was easy to reach and work with. When things go wrong is when you see how everyone functions. I had my surgery in the midst of an oxycodone-acetaminophen shortage. My prescription could not be filled anywhere in the dose prescribed. There were complications with another drug and Nurse Lynne worked all afternoon to get my prescription resolved with several phone call to me. In conclusion, I don't understand the negative reviews with the office staff. That has not been my experience.

#firelynnemoss Run! Do not ever let him perform any surgical procedures on you or anyone you know! His front and back staff is a representation of his ethical principles, which therefore he has zero. Don’t expect your calls to be answered if you have any questions or emergencies. Then if you do get a call back, you’ll be verbally threatened and then followed by being threatened in an email by Lynne Moss. If you enjoy that then by all means proceed ahead but if you don’t, I highly advise you look elsewhere for a general surgeon. His staff needs to be held accountable for his poor reflection.

You’re only as good as your support staff. All the negative reviews regarding the front and back office is true! I’d run as fast as you can! Good luck trying to get a call back or anyone answer the phones. When they do call back, Lynne Moss first threatened me verbally on the phone and then followed by threatening me in email. His staff is a bad reflection of what kind of Doctor he is. I would never let myself or anyone known or unknown allow him to perform surgery if this is the kind of treatment towards his patients!

i had a great experience with Dr ashely when he removed a cyst under my ear perfectly. he told me to come back any time as i had a cyst on my jaw under my ear that he had just worked on, and also said he would remove one from my CHEEK in the middle of my face. after calling and speaking to the most RUDE receptionist who kept referring to Dr Ashley as a woman i began to get irate. she then hung up on me and basically called me a liar! i will be contacting my office to get a referral and file a complaint against this woman. totally unprofessional!!! called at 11:30 11/25/19

Dr. Ashley did an emergency gallbladder surgery on me and he literally saved my life. I was extremely sick and my gallbladder was in very bad condition. My recovery was excellent. And now one year later I have zero scars on my stomach !!Thank you Dr. Blake Ashley you are a gifted surgeon .

I’ve had two breast cancer surgeries by Dr Ashley. His bedside manner is wonderful. He is very kind & compassionate. Am possibly in need of another surgery & wouldn’t want anyone else performing the surgery!!
