List of Dennis Crockett's Reviews
Great doctor with a positive personality. He is thorough and well balanced. I have been to him multiple times and I've had my kids see him as well. He's also very engaged in the community.
Although I think Dr Crockett is a very good doctor, it is very difficult to make an appt with his office. I tried this morning for almost 2 hours to cancel an appt because I am sick. I was cut off 3 times while on hold. When you call back, there is always 15-16 calls ahead of you. I will not go back to his office. I will probably be billed for a missed appt. You cannot even leave a voice mail to cancel. So disappointed with this office!
Big staff at the front but very bad customer service. I went twice this e esdweekedrseddeserconfirmed appointment but Dr. Crockett was gone. They said the first time that something came up and Dr. Crockett left and they left me a voicemail at 2:30 pm and my appt was 3:45 pm.They made another appointment for me on 10/14/2022 at 3:45 pm. I was there 15 mins before but again “Kristine” told me Dr. Crockett is gone for weeks and they don’t know if he’s coming back. Kristine Miller front office manager said the department responsible for calls of that nature should have called me but no one did. Worst customer service Don’t go there. Heba
My husband and I went there for blueprint and the process was quick as long as you have set an appointment already.
Came to see Dr Crocket, since Supance is retiring. Supance came highly recommended for my 4 yo who has chronic ear infections, but front desk put me with Crocket. Ok, no prob. We came in today 15 early to fill new patient papers. It was roughly 10am. There were approximately 60 people in tne waiting room all looking annoyed. There's 4 places to sign in. I peeked around all the people standing at the front to find where to put our name. I finally asked a man behind the counter and he pointed at another woman across the way to check in with. She was with a customer and I stood and waited. Another woman handed me clipboard to sign in. As I'm signing, I asked what the current wait time was for Crocket. She said he was about 45 minutes behind. When I asked why, she said "because everyone gets quality care and he sits and talks to everyone". I said "ok then this is not the doctor for me. I need a dr that will be timely." She got super snappy and rolled her eyes at me, in front of everyone. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if this is how late he usually is and she said yes. I said no I won't be returning. She goes "great! You're all set" with a huge sarcastic grin on her face. Her name is Christy and she's supposedly the "manager". As a business owner myself, this appears to be a wonderful training opportunity for Christy. Will not be returning and will be telling my pediatrician about this.
Wrong diagnosis that was not supported by symptoms and later surgically proven (by another surgeon) to be incorrect. If he listened to what I was experiencing it would be obvious as my symptoms actually disproved his diagnosis. He needs to retire. He said I had "open nose syndrome" and it was the paradoxical effects that caused me to think I couldn't breathe through my nose. If this was the case Afrin would not help, at all, and if anything would make the paradoxical effects worse. But Afrin helped significantly as did nasal strips. This completely disproved his diagnosis as did subsequent nasal surgery. Seriously pathetic diagnostic abilities. If you have to use his group choose someone else.
Dr. Crockett is a wonderful ENT MD. I have dysfunctional eustachian tubes and he has helped me tremendously. He is very experienced, steady handed (so important if he puts a tube in your ear drum!) and deeply kind.
The ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR EVER!!! Deleted my Yelp review, corrupt and unethical. STAY AWAY!!!
He is very patient and persistent. He works with you to get to the bottom of your problem and never dismisses your concerns. I only have good things to say about Dr. Crockett and I highly recommend him.
Seems very experienced. Great front office staff. It's annoying though that you can't call to make an appointment without providing all of your insurance information, and then when you check in and fill out paperwork, you have to fill out all of that information again

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
