She is extremely detailed oriented, kind, and more than willing to discuss options. She will give her opinion on how she would move forward if asked. She obtains all relevant information and is ready to share it. She stays in contact with you via phone and email and your other physicians. And she is always on time for appointments. What more could you ask for in a doctor?

Dr. Janet Kim exceeded my expectations! She truly cares about her patients and uses her strong clinical knowledge to make an accurate diagnosis. When I met with Dr. Kim, she took the time to gather detailed information and asked probing questions about my symptoms. She ordered the correct lab work to diagnose what other allergists could not. She is honest, caring and provides excellent care. I am so thankful that I was referred to Dr. Kim! My quality of life has improved because of her skill and tenacity to solve my health condition😀. I couldn’t be happier!

I called to schedule an appointment and then afterwards received an email that I had to pay $100 up front for the deductible. I believe this was a bait and switch and immediately cancelled my appointment.

Not a knowledgable and absolutely inexperienced physician. That's why her office is empty of patients. We've been charged $266 Out of pocket cost for few minutes, no result consultation with this doctor. The office FEW staff including her billing woman ALEXANDRIA is so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Two thumbs down to the entire experience with this medical office. 👎🏻👎🏻 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....

I was referred to Dr. Janet Kim for some extensive immune system testing due to a odd case of a relatively common virus. I found her to be the most detailed, thorough, and compassionate doctor I've ever been treated by. Moreover, she has excellent bedside manner and she is a good listener. I have been referred to other doctors in her area of expertise (for unrelated issues) and have found that they don't possess the level of skill and qualities I've mentioned above. Plus, she takes excellent notes and does her homework... a rare quality these days in any field. You won't find a more competent and thorough doctor in the field of allergy and immunology.

Dr. Kim provided excellent service. She listened attentively to my concerns and gave me clear and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend her because she truly cares about who she is treating and what is the best course of action.

My family and I have been a patients for over 10 years and have had nothing but great results with Dr. Kim. She was thorough with testing and keeps my allergies under control with weekly allergy shots and maintenance. The best communication I've ever had with a doctor, she is always available to answer questions or concerns. Cannot recommend her office enough.
