Left his practice as he's arrogant and rude and you can't discuss anything with him. He doesn't know as much as he should about the gut biome and other things. He should keep up to date. He thinks he's God and when you go to UCI or Mayo and find out that what you tried to talk to him about and you know more than he does and so does UCI and Mayo, then why have him as your doctor. He are now seeing a Hoag doctor!

Dr Eric Benner has an excellent patient manner. He listens carefully without trying to rush the patient. He makes sure the patient understands what he is explaining. After tests, he will call the patient first thing in the morning to explain results. He appears to be very competent and if anything requires specialization, he doesn't hesitate to go to a specialist. I would highly recommend Dr Benner.

My husband experienced a very rude conversation from His assistant Gail ..I believe that is her name. We will never refer or return to this person due to how my husband was talked to by this women. Treat people nicer so you don’t get bad reviews. Bad attitude to a Veteran that did not deserve your rudeness. Dr Benner I hope you talk to her about how she’s treating people.

Dr Benner is relitivily new to me as my primary (PPC). I have a list of physical issues ranging from fighting Pancreatic Cancer to Osteoporosis to Extreme Protein deficiency. Dr Benner calls me back at anytime from 5 to 8 pm on follow up calls, last night (Sunday 6:00) I got my follow up with me. It is not unusual for my visits to take an hour, and Dr Benner seems to be totally okay with it.

As a senior citizen, in my lifetime I have been served by quite a number of physicians. As I grow older, yes...my needs and concerns increase. Without any equivocation, I can truthfully say: Dr. Eric Benner is absolutely among the very best. That includes medical competence AND a sincere caring heart for his patients. Couple that with an awesome nurse and professional staff ! ! ! My wife and friends are now equally cared for by Dr. Benner.
