List of Hamid Fadavi's Reviews
I just got a referral to his office by my doctor. I cannot make an appointment. No one can. ALL of the phone extensions to office staff have mailboxes that are "Full and Not Taking Any More Messages." Read all of the other reviews about Dr. Fadavi's office staff. They warn about this very major problem. Management there Must take over and get temporary office staff if they are understaffed or overworked. I am getting a New Referral to a different doctor at a Different Office. Unbelievable!
We have been calling multiple times and leaving messages that have yet to be returned to schedule an appointment. It has been several weeks, it is absolutely ridiculous. Why do they have 2 hour lunches???
I give 5 stars to Dr. Fadavi but office response is very poor. You never get a live person on the phone...ever. You leave multiple messages without any response. The staff is very professional and kind but you waste weeks of your time trying to reach anyone. Frustrating.
This is the review for the management not the doctor the last month I've been trying to get appointment. I probably called now 20 times they keep saying they will call back but they are not ever , even that I've said several times I have pain and I would need shot before traveling . The lady who makes appointments had Covid for several weeks and no one else could book you for an appointment in the office. Now she is back and still impossible get a call back . The 2 hours lunch is also ridiculous when they never pick up the phone at other times. Very unprofessional.

I called several times and left voice mails and even send an email to the office manager to make an appointment. Didn’t hear back till Finally someone called me back and said they never received any voicemails. Please note my voice mails were various days at different times. So they can’t say there was a problem with their phone system. when I talked with the person who called me back she said I have to fill out patients Details online before I even make an appointment. I told her I am in pain. Could you make an appointment and then I will fill it out. She said no, that is our office policy. I guess for that office patient’ pain doesn’t matter. This was the first time I ever heard such a request. In the past, people fill out the forms either in doctor’ s office or filled out the papers and take it to Dr’s office. I believe these rules are there so patients take the time to fill out the forms and not Dr’s office so the office save their man power for something else. I guess everything for this dr’s office Is only business and making money and nothing else. I decided to see another doctor because my goal was to see a doctor not a business man. Shame on these types of doctor’s office. Everything isn’t money!
I have been a patient of Dr. Fadavi's for several years. I really like him as a physician. His knowledge base is superior. I will say however his office staff is poorly trained. It takes weeks to get a response from someone. I requested to leave a message for Dr. Fadavi to call me so I can share my experience with him, to which I was told can only be done if I schedule an appointment.
Dr Fadavi is the most knowledgeable and expert pain doctor I have ever been too. Also, he is really into more "managing" pain rather than rush to some kind of surgery. He and Claire (nurse practitioner) are caring, methodical, and understand that aging is a process and all we really want is to be free from pain.
3 out of 4 of my family recommend Dr Fadavi's office... And that's just because my daughter is still young & hasn't required his services. First Dr Fadavi helped my wife who was literally dragging her left foot for 3 weeks before a shot in the back cured her 5 years go & still going strong. Then my son, the college student stuck in a chair for 12 hours a day required two shots over 90 days to solve his back inflammation about 4 years ago. Well now it is my turn... Yeah for getting old!. First procedure was to ultrasonically burn the nerve endings in the trouble areas. That worked really well for 5 months, but some people reported extreme pain from the procedure and I didn't want to try my luck a second time when the effects wore off from the first procedure. Then I went in for an epidural type procedure that worked wonders for 6 months. Over time the positive effects wore off and I'm just now contacting Dr Fadvi again for another round to postpone a required bracket insert surgery for as long as possible. I would recommend Dr Fadvi to anyone experiencing back, neck or leg pain. The Dr is extremely sincere, kind, honest & a pleasure to talk to. Dr Fadavi is AAA+ Rated in my house!
Dr. Fadavi is a very genuine, kind individual. I recommend him all the time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
