This could be one of the worst doctors in Orange County! He is only interested in money. He probably graduated at the bottom of his medical school class if my experience is any indication.The procedure he performed on me had to be repaired by 2 other doctors and will never be properly fixed because of his amazing lack of expertise.Don't waste your money or chance your precious body on the poor excuse of a plastic surgeon!

Dr. Heinrich and his staff are nothing short of AWESOME! Both ladies at the front desk, we kind and helpful. Ellen and Mika were the same. (nurses/NP/PA?) Dr. Heinrich is hilarious and great about distracting you during potential painful procedures. This procedure was to take a benign tumor off a blood vessel but I'll use Dr. Heinrich for all future surgical needs. I'm grateful Dr. Green referred me to Dr. Heinrich.

I was very fortunate to find Dr. Heinrich. He did my septoplasty and rhinoplasty at the same time. The swelling was very minimal. He was thorough and clear with what he wanted to do with my nose that was in my best interest and health. He's very personable and experienced with his services. I was really appreciative that he took the time to call my wife after the surgery to explain what he did and how I was doing afterwards. The office staff are very sweet, kind, responsive, and patient.

The office staff and nurses were kind and welcoming. Dr. Heinrich was thorough and took his time to examine and explain my situation. He answered all questions and I never felt rushed or embarrassed. This was my second visit and I know I have found the right doctor for me.

I went to Dr. James Heinrich for a consult on my sagging neck....We talked about the Precision TX laser .... He said that my results would be a 'sexy' neck and that I'd be happy with the outcome....Well $6500 later and my neck looked worse than before the procedure.....His answer to this problem was that everyone gets different results.....So he didn't have the knowledge to know that with my age and the condition of my skin that the laser couldn't help me and in fact made my neck worse? ?.... During my consult he talked with me like we were old friends, which gave me the impression that he was going to take good care of me ......So disappointed :( .... Be careful ! ....

Worth 10 stars!!! From the office and nursing staff to Dr. Heinrich himself, this is the only place you want to go for any plastic or cosmetic surgery. After 4 years of hesitating, I finally decided to move forward with a neck/face lift and lower eyelid tightening. The staff all make you feel very welcomed and truly one of the family. Everyone, and I do mean everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, responsive, caring and just plain nice! Each has their own area of responsibility and do it exceptionally well. Dr. Heinrich is simply a great guy! Very attentive, friendly, experienced, does not try to talk you into doing more than you need, open for dialogue, concerned for your welfare, on-call whenever you need him, and keeps you positive during recovery. He knows what he is doing!Janet, his esthetician is amazing, the best pre-op facial I have ever had! Looking forward to my post-op one in several weeks. She is quite knowledgeable and again, does not try to up sell. I am now 9 days out from my surgery and when all the bruising and swelling disappear, I will re-post with a picture. But right now, I am amazed at how my neck looks. No wrinkles or sagging jawline, my eyes look bright and young...you just can't ask for more than that! If you are considering cosmetic surgery, for any reason -- this is your guy!

I can NOT express how pleased I am with the office staff, and the star himself Dr. Heinrich!! I got my nose done about 7 months ago and the results are wonderful! I understand the healing is still happening and it takes about a year for swelling to go down. Dr. Heinrich is wonderful about asking me how I'm liking my results, listening to my concerns, and ensuring me I am in great hands. His bedside manner is relaxing and clear about what to expect before and after surgery. Every time I walk into the office the staff makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or doctor. Thank you to everyone at Mission Viejo Surgery Center involved and taking such good care of me!!

I was referred to Dr. Heinrich years ago by my long-time dermatologist, Dr. Roger Green. (I had a red spot on my face that would not go away.) Dr. Heinrich treated the spot with a laser and I had several facials and IPLs from his nurse aesthetician, Lisa, who was a delight. Several years later, I was at a luncheon for the Valiant Women of Mission Hospital where there was a raffle for services with Dr. Heinrich, (the grand prize) so I jumped at the chance and WON! I was excited because I knew Dr. Heinrich, his skills and great bedside manner, so I felt comfortable going to him for services. I have had many IPLs, hydro facials and more with his office and feel well-cared for by him and the staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Heinrich for your surgical procedure. From the consultation, to the office staff, billing, surgery room and anesthesia, it was the easiest and most comfortable I have ever been. Fast forward almost 3 weeks, and the results are wonderful.

Dr. Heinrich and his staff are amazing, comforting, professional and reassuring. He did my surgery, and followed up constantly and was ready to answer any questions at any time. I have a medical condition that makes me a very difficult candidate for surgery, he knew this and was so attentive to any issue that arose. The results are wonderful and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Heinrich and his office!
