Doctor Globus is a caring, dedicated, kind, and friendly gentleman. In my first visit he spent a long time getting to know me and about my health, not a quick visit as most doctors do. On the positive Dr Globus is thorough, caring, and listens to his patients. And very knowledgeable. NEGATIVE his staff NEVER answer the phones, it takes over a week and to answer TEXTS. They DO NOT care about if you need refills or not. Shameful how they are allowed to control my health. PLEASE DR GLOBUS read this, your staff are ruining your reputation.

Dr Globus is awesome, very thorough, listens to his patients and spends time with each one. Hence the 5 stars. NOW if I could rate the OFFICE STAFF they would be ZERO they NEVER answer the phones, it can take over a week to answer texts, they just DON’T CARE even if you tell them you need a refill. I have to consider if I can stay with Dr G or not because I can’t have some incompetent staff controlling my health.

First of all, you almost always don't get a person picking up the phone to make an appointment. Then when you get there you will have to wait at "least" an hour to see the Dr. I waited two hours ... The reason I went/go is to simply get my prescription filled. I understand Dr is trying to do his job, but when all he does is suggesting to do colonoscopy mammogram, bone density test, when last Pap test was done and suggesting to take hormone pills for my menopause ? This is my OBGYN's job ! This is every visit ! On top of that they send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy... and This happens almost every visitation. This is my experience. It's why I wouldn't recommend him. The Staff , the Dr ... no thank you. You do your blood work but never calls you with the results and to top it off they claimed my insurance with the wrong code and got a crazy bill. Went to the Dr office to drop off the bill from the lab and the receptionist kept doing her job without looking at me while I am explaining the reason of my visit ... I can go on and on . .. can't find my file, etc etc etc

Like many others in the comments, I like Dr. Globus, his notes on our past visits are extensive and accurate, and he follows up. If I could seperate him from his office staff, Id give him 4.5 stars, but his office staff are another story. I am genuinely not sure why they even have a voice mail option, they absolutely WILL not call you back. I once had to leave 3 messages before I actually could get someone on the phone. When I finally did and introduced myself, the person I spoke to let out a sigh, cut me off, and explained how I was wrong about my prescription. Based on the amount of reviews, and the length of time speaking to the same issue, I really hope Dr. Globus will take a hard look at the administrative side of his practice and bring up the standard.

Incompetent doctor and staff. The doctor just wants to push pills and the staff are inexperienced, rude, and provide no support. Please save yourself and take your Healthcare elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.

Do not come here

I had probably the best experience I've had in my 31 years with a doctor. It's been a long time since I got a full physical. Dr. Jeffrey Globus was incredibly validating, kind, patient and an active listener. All of the staff was super thorough, including the doctor. It's so refreshing to have a family practice who cares about your health and listens to you and wants to help. So many doctors nowadays will just try to get you in and out and even trying to advocate for yourself and your health I feel they brush it off. This place is how healthcare should be and how doctors should be 10 out of 10 highly recommend Dr. Globus.

Front office neglected to inform us after 50 minutes wait that their scheduler made a mistake won’t be going back that was my husband’s first visit / meet the doctor never happened unprofessional for sure very disappointed:(
