The worst hand surgeon I’ve ever come across. I had surgery by Dr. Morris and had major complications and he would not accept responsibility for. If Value your health and your hands…keep looking
One of the worst surgeon , left gauze in my finger, I suffered excruciating pain for one week , my finger looked and felt worse after surgery, very unprofessional , he did the surgery on my finger under local anesthetic and the entire time of surgery him and the nurses talked about their personal life , I would not recommend him at all .
Terrible Doesn’t listen and has this aloof air. Also heard his surgical complication rate is unacceptably high. Look elsewhere
Had two hand surgeries and two significant complications with bad results. Patients should know if their surgeon has good or bad outcomes. Do NOT use Dr. Morris. Technically questionable and no apology, remorse, contrition. Ended my career!!
Dr. Morris performed surgery on my index finger recently to clean up the joint and remove the damage from arthritis. The surgery went great, the incision scar is barely visible and I no longer have any pain in the joint! I would highly recommend Dr. Morris.
I had surgery for Duypuytren's Contracture on my left hand back in April 2020. So pleased with the results, as I now have full range of motion and can easily flatten out my hand. I was able to return to golf after 1 month (chipping and putting) and execute a full driver swing with confidence three weeks after that.
Be very careful and do your homework. Routine surgeries have higher complication rates with this doctor. If you value the use of your hands go elsewhere!
Dr Morris did hand surgery for a routine problem. I had a terrible complication that was not appreciated by the Dr or his PA. DO NOT LET DR MORRIS DO YOUR SURGERY. Get a second opinion as there are other excellent options.
Arguably the worst customer service ever from both Dr Morris and Community Orthopedic Group in Mission Viejo. Had a routine surgical procedure with this “doctor” which ended up causing an infection. After waking up in pain I repeatedly tried to contact the group for direction, two hours and 4 calls later I got an on call for the group that suggested ice and elevation followed by waiting till Monday to walk-in for further consult. Saturday brought ice and elevation, Sunday brought awaking to an arm twice the size, a trip to the ER ended in instant hospitalization due the the dangers of the fast moving infection. I am writing this review on Monday night still setting in the hospital and what’s most impressive on Mr Morris behalf is that even though both his service and the hospital attending contacted on my behalf he hasn’t even tried to reach out by any form to make contact and check on his patient. Save yourself the wonderful bedside matter and go someplace else. Chad D
Very good doctor. I was very satisfied and helped by his expertise.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
