Josh Randall's Online Review Report Card

I was please with my office visit and in house procedure with Dr Josh Randall. Nurses were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Randall took the time to ease my nervousness by explaining everything. His sense of humor was appreciated. He easily earned my five stars.

I would rate the offices ability to answer phone calls, return messages, and ease of scheduling as very poor. This Doctor is experienced and skilled surgeon. He primarily treats male issues. Poor people skills.

Making an appt was frustrating. I received a notice of cancellation, had to respond immediately to accept it, then I received a notification to reconfirm, but it really wasn't an appt that was confirmed. Dr. Randall was pleasant and professional. I was given some medication to take. The pharmacist I was told to go to, couldn't fill it, found my own. A few days later, I had an allergic reaction. I called the office. His nurse called me back, had me call the pharmacy, the pharmacy told me to call the Dr. Went back and forth 3 times, then the nurse told me she's refill my prescription, why? I was allergic to it! Then told me she would talk to the Dr and get back to me, that was 5 days ago! She spoke to me in a condescending manner, so I decided to call the office manager, left her a message 5 days ago and again, 2 days ago. No one has ever got back to me. It's obvious they don't care about me or want to help me, so I will take my business elsewhere. VERY disappointed. Bad customer service

Dr. Randall is very professional and competent . He performed great job!

Dr. Randall is the best. I had a very personal problem to discuss with him and he was the epitome of what I believe "GOOD DOCTORING" is all about. Also his nurses and office staff are efficient and always ready to help. I would recommend Dr. Randall to all my family and friends if the need urology related help!

This doctor performed a surgery almost a year ago on me. I was having significant problems with my quality of life for a year before that. After the surgery, I have been better than ever. He probably saved my life in some ways. Thank you so much. Sorry for not posting a review until a year later. Hope all is well.

He had an excellent bedside manner and the most important plus for me is that he returns my calls; unlike another Urologist I know

Dr Randall is one of the most professional and courteous Doctor. He followed up with me many times since I kept missing his call. This just increases my respect for him.

One word it’s “terrible “
