Don't go here. They are so slow and rude. You show up on time with all paperwork already done. And you and wait for over 30 minutes. Why schedule an appointment if they can't see you at the scheduled time?

I really like how fast & easy I was able to schedule a video visit for myself via MyChart & that I could take care of all the pre-checkin "paperwork" & signatures the night before. I also really liked how my provider was able to clearly see my medical issue even though we were on video (good quality image) & she was able to provide a clear treatment plan for me to follow. Thank you!

Dr Cuenca has awesome bedside manner- even in Teladoc. He listens so carefully and asks pointed questions. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Best doctor I’ve ever had and my husband has him and loves him too!

Dr. Cuenca is an excellent PCP. He listened to all my medical concerns and reviewed all my symptoms and test results and answered my questions in detail. I feel well cared for and highly recommend him. The new office in Mission Viejo is beautiful, staff are friendly and very efficient.

Nice facility, chatty staff in the waiting area.Just don’t understand how they run 30+ minutes late on lab appointments at 8 in the morning.Very frustrating, why bother making an appointment when you can just show up
