Dr. Marangi, PA Scott and Assistant Virginia are all rock stars. Always willing to fit you in and work with you on any issue regarding the injury and/or surgery. My son broke his fibula and within 10 days we were in surgery and beginning rehab. 3 months later and he is cleared and has fully healed. We still have some work to do to get him to 100% but Dr. Marangi and team are simply the best in Orange County!

My doctor referred me to Dr Marangi. The office is very well run. Dr Marangi took plenty of time with me to discuss my injury. When xrays failed to disclose anything major, except for old age, he sent me to physical therapy. A follow up visit in 4 weeks, a few more weeks of pt then a final visit. I'm back to normal. I'm the son of a pediatrician and I appreciate the care that Dr. Marangi provided, along with his entire staff.

I have been going to COMG for many years. I have been a patient of Dr. Marangi, Dr. Evangelista, Dr. Morris, and Dr. Burdi. Every doctor/surgeon that has treated me has been great. My most recent surgery was for my rotator cuff and bicep tendon by Dr. Marangi. The surgery went smoothly and the after care was excellent too. My shoulder is back to being fully functional and virtually pain free. I can golf and woodwork again with no shoulder pain. I am extremely happy. I highly recommend Dr Marangi and COMG to anyone needing orthopedic help.

Dr. Marangi actually prayed over me at the appointment prior to performing an unnecessary surgery on me. Every single photo of the surgery was completely blurry and showed no injury. He was nice at first but spoke to me very condescendingly any time I asked for clarification. My situation would have easily been solved with 6 weeks of physical therapy. A few years later I still kick myself for not trusting my gut about him. Zero stars. Don’t be stupid like I was.
