I ADORE LaserAway! This was my second visit to the Rancho Mission Viejo location and the experience was phenomenal from the moment I was greeted by Dolly at the door to the moment Dawn and Dolly helped me through signing up for the membership program (highly recommend!) I received xeomin injections and Morgan did an incredible job! Such a calming presence and a steady hand. This place is great. The humans you get to interact with are even greater. Nothing but love for you, LA!

The new LaserAway location in RMV is excellent! This is one of their larger locations and they have plenty of treatment rooms and options from laser hair removal to facials. Ali, Dawn, Jenna, Yasmine, and the team are very accommodating and make you feel comfortable. I have been multiple times for my chest, abdominal area, and back. The results are amazing and the procedures have been pain free. I would recommend LaserAway to anyone!

OH MY GOSH. Best service you could ever receive. The emote staff is extremely informative on all devices offered, very knowledgeable from managerial positions to reception and sales to registered nurses. Every time I am there I have a great time, receive great care, and am blown away by my results. I'm doing laser hair removal right now , I have done it at a completely different establishment and not gotten any results but at lasher away I saw a noticeable difference after my first treatment.

Super friendly staff. Pretty and clean inside. Really easy to schedule appointments. I barely notice how insanely bad tattoo removal hurts lol. It takes a few times but it's definitely working. Yay! Thank you!!!

Updating review due to...customer service/experience in the long term. Fallout from my final treatment there went fine and their actual laser was effective, but pricing here is absolutely out-of-line/out of control, (especially for someone just trying to do maintenance), and getting LaserAway to stop the constant calls and get removed from their mailing list, (unless you are into incessant click-bait "sale" emails that are incredibly misleading), turned out to be a full time job. I was about ready to contact corporate after I had to start BLOCKING their incoming calls. Four in one day DURING WORK HOURS!I understand wanting to nurture a client relationship, but guys...this ain't it. Sorry LaserAway, like an über-clingy "friend", you've lost me.
