Very good experience..Determained my vision needs with professionalism and caring.

I was recommended to the office by a friend of mine, I called and I got an appointment the next day. She did an excellent job. She was so professional and pleasant. I love my new glasses and contact lenses.

I was referred to Dr. Ahmadi by a friend. I was very impressed with her proficiency and knowledge as well as her kind attitude. I'm very happy with my glasses and bifocal contact lenses I highly recommend her.

I have filed a complaint with the US department of health and human services. By posting my personal medical information on a public internet site such as YELP she committed a HIPA violation. She will most certainly receive discipline for not following this law that protects patients. This is just another example of how this office is poorly run, not following basic health care laws and shows how little she either knows or cares about patients who pay for her services.

I wasted a lot of time and money here. She is a pleasant older woman, but she likes to give lectures on aging eyes instead of knowing how to deal with those scenarios and solve problems. Dr. Mostow had been my eye dr for decades, a perfect optometrist. First I saw him at Costco, then when he left Costco I followed him to this office. Dr. Mostow was off for the day I was to be in the area so I saw Leila instead. I wanted a pair of glasses specifically to see better while kayaking, using over mono vision contacts. She charged me for an exam, about $169 then sold me a pair of Puma glasses with all of the "upsells". When the glasses arrived, I could not even see out of them! The prescription was wrong.My only choice was to then have new lenses put in, and have a very expensive pair of distance glasses which I never use since I wear contacts always and I already had a perfectly fine pair of frames from walmart, with a correct prescription that Dr. Mostow had told me to get while the wrong prescription was sent out to be replaced. That pair cost about $39 and it was only because I followed the advice of Dr. Mostow about going there and how to get just a very basic inexpensive pair quickly.Since I had absolutely no use for these glasses, it was a very low priority to pick them up at the office since I am not in California very often. I finally picked them up and now have a pair of $600 glasses since I had to pay a second time to get a correct prescription to replace the one that Leila had written.Recently I had asked for how to contact Dr. Mostow in his new location since he had left this office but never received it.The bad experiences continued, wrong prescription for contact lenses and I had to drive back to the office the next day spending over 3 hours on the 5 freeway . I ended up asking for a refund for the 2nd $169 I had been charged for an exam and I was given a check for that amount.The office is hard to find parking can be a pain, and they do not validate for the parking. For me, seeing this eye doctor was a huge loss of time and money and I still have to go for an eye exam to get glasses or lenses that solve my original problem!

The other reviews are spot on. Dr Ahmadi is great and I'll definitely be back. She is thorough, double checking as she works, and she does a very good job of explaining the situation. Her demeanor is professional, friendly, and I believe she is looking out for the best interest of her patients. I've had other optometrists who I thought were always trying to up-sell me but not so with Dr Ahmadi.

I have been wearing glasses for 4 years and finally decided to change my doctor and see Dr. Ahmadi. So far I am say she is the best. Highly recommend everyone who need the check up go there and see the care with your own eyes.

All these positive reviews brought me to Dr. Ahmadi. The first call to the front office staff was very pleasant and accommodating. When I arrived for my eye exam, the doctor was extremely thorough, professional, and clearly an experienced expert in her field. I ordered some glasses and contact lenses. She send me off with some samples to determine what brand contact lenses felt most comfortable. I haven't had an eye exam in years. I am delighted with the new updated prescription. I cant remember when I could see this well. I have had prescriptions in the past that were a bit off from other optometrists. Dr. Ahmadi got it just right factoring in variables from cross eye dominance, astigmatism, etc... Excellent processional caring doctor. I won't go anywhere else. Great experience and stellar results.

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.Very professional staff and knowledgable Dr. I was fitted for two pair of glasses one that is transitional and another just for indoor distance. There was a problem with the lab in NJ being hit by a huge storm so my transitional glasses were delayed but my other glass frames were being discontinued and therefore were no charge. This would have been a great opportunity to take some extra cash for that last pair but this staff and Dr have too much integrity for that!! I love my glasses and it was hassle free. Dr. Ahmadi is a wonderful optometrist and highly skilled in the care of my eyes. She takes special interest in special needs people like myself and gives excellent advice. She provides the necessary time to answer any question and concern I have. She has been my Optometrist for the past 7 years. Her honesty and skill in helping me evaluate various advanced treatment options when a referral to another doctor was needed was exceptional and appreciated.
