The doctors here hardly spend 5 minutes with the patient. They’re always on the run. I think they book like 10 to 15 appointments per hour. Doctor spent exactly 7 minutes after 90 minutes of waiting. Staff is really bad, when I went inside the room, bed was clearly dirty. Nurse asked my weight and it has been more than 6 months that I checked it, so I asked if I can check my weight and she’s like it’s alright you can just say some ballpark number. How long does it take to check the weight? If you can find another doctor who can listen to you and spend some time go to them.

I went to see Dr Berger for allergies and asthma. I am appreciative at how quickly I was diagnosed and treated. I have never felt better.

Went in for an allergy scratch test, and as terrible as the procedure always is, my nurse and doctor (Nurse Alma and Doctor Sugar) were attentive and personable, took time to make sure I was actually feeling well and not just pushing assembly-line medicine at me. I was in and out faster than expected.Building is a little dark but for being a 40ish year old Christian hospital it's to be expected. Don't mind having to go again.

Dr. Sugar assistant not respoding to refill request on timely manner. I am asthma patient And my farmacy fax them twice for refil and also I called and left voice mail no response I have completely ran out of my medicine and now I have to go to urgent care spend money on copay to get my prescription. Very bad customer service.

Dr. Sugar had barely time for us. He let his assistant do a allergy test and could not find any allergies that my child had. Although back was clearly red and swollen. He send us to the hospital to do some sinus Xrays. The office called a couple days later saying my child had an sinus infection and we had to get antibiotics. Took two different kind of strong antibiotics but nothing changed. We changed the doctor that found out right away that our child has allergies not a sinus infection.

By Far The Best Caring Doctor Ever. Dr Sugar has been my sins doctor for many years now I also mine for over 5 years..he is the kindest caring doctor who always takes the time to explain everything to make you understand your health issues great doctor...As for the reviews Ive read that are negative thats a billing issue..which has nothing to do with health issues..money should be the last thing ...DR.SUGAR CARES Ive taken my son to many doctors coast to coast by far Dr.Sugar is the BEST

By Far The Best Caring Doctor Ever!. Dr Sugar has been my sins doctor for many years & now I also mine for over 5 years..he is the kindest caring doctor who always takes the time to explain everything to make you understand your health issues great doctor...As for the reviews I've read that are negative that's a billing issue..which has nothing to do with health issues..money should be the last thing ...DR.SUGAR CARES!! Dr. Mark Sugar is a very experienced diagnostician internist and allergy specialist. Caring attentive and methodical he listens to you as well as your body and symptoms. There are few as patient caring and attentive. There are no easy answers or cures with allergies and asthma. Dr. Sugar will work hard for you to alleviate your pain and discomfort and he is always available on an emergency basis.Highly recommended.
