Completely missed my preeclampsia signs. Put my health and life at risk. Beware!!
Love dr marsha , she's one of the best doctors in Orange County She goes out of her way to help her patientsHer c section scar is barely noticeable vs the other one I have she's amazing
Dr. Granese is an amazing, caring physician. Where another doctor was pushing a difficult surgery, Dr. Granese took the time to investigate and formulate a course of action not requiring surgery. And she is an accomplished surgeon! I also trust her with my two young adult daughters who love her straight forward caring attitude. I cannot recommend her enough.
Terrible OBGYN. Very dismissive of any and all symptoms unless you are absolutely in a severe life threatening position. Completely missed my postpartum preeclampsia signs.
She is so nice
Maybe she is a good doctor but it is impossible to get the appointment. I called 3 months ago schedule appointment and at the day of my appointment they called and ask me to re-schedule since doctor must leave to a labor with other patient. I am working and was only to able to re-schedule for another month, waited the whole time take off work early, came for an appointment, sign million docs to get in and waited in a room about 20 min till nurse came and said sorry doctor must leave with other patient to a labor. Again!!!! when I am in a room waiting too? No substitute doctors, her assistant also can't take me. All they saying sorry we have to re-schedule you again? And no guarantee that 3rd appointment is happens since doctor can leave again.....Now I have to find another doctor and wait another month just for a regular check up.......Very disappointed with service and no respect to other patients.
Dr Granese is the best love her it’s been 9 years since she delivered my first son she wasn’t able to deliver my 2 son but he wanted to be born right when she left to vacation after experience 2 different dr for 2 and 3 sons there no one like granese she so nice she always makes your day your the best there no one like you
Dr Granese has always been great with me, I am a senior now and she takes her time explaining things and listening to me
Friendly, caring, understanding....those are worlds I would use to describe Dr. Granese. I've only been to her twice...plus a visit to the hospital for a procedure...but she was excellent. She listened to me, put my mind at ease, and explained what was go g to happen and why. She will definitely be my gyn. For the forseeable future.
I went to Dr Granese's office for a common female complaint on August 18 and should have guessed at what outcome there might be by the fact the office number on the website is not the actual office number. Oh dear -- no --theyve moved. The new office is lovely but massive. There are probably 10 doctors in the practice and its a giant maze. I then waited 1 hour and 15 minutes because the correct room for my procedure wasnt booked. Ok so I meet the doctor and she seemed nice. She took a culture and sent me on my way. All in 15 mins. Didnt hear anything so I called 1 1/2 weeks later for my results and talked to a VERY snarky call taker who said she sent a message to the MA. I did not hear again until another 1 1/2 weeks on September 7 to tell me my culture was positive and an Rx was called in. So I was in discomfort for more than 3 weeks after seeing the Dr. That isnt reasonable and I wont return. I really worry--what if it had been a really serious condition? Very poor response when a person's health is at stake. Shame.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
