I've been a patient of this office for two years now and it's been nothing but a pleasant experience. I switched over from Mission/Providence after I switched healthcare networks in 2020 and it's been nice working with MemorialCare as they tend to be very patient or "user" friendly.When you call in for help someone answers promptly and the phone staff is compassionate, courteous and helpful. I'm usually able to schedule appointments with my GP whenever I need them, which was an issue in my previous network. It's also relatively easy to schedule/cancel appointments online in their MyChart system. The doctor is knowledgable, accessible and usually answers Chat messages in a couple hours time. The lab where they draw blood is in house and an easy process. So far everything has just been easy with this doctors office and I greatly appreciate that.

Worst patient care from medical tech Jacqueline- asked her for a second blood pressure to be taken manually and she refused which doesn’t make sense when it could be done easily so this tells me she is incompetent of my request, and needs more training for patient care. Rude and disrespectful to my sons healthcare. Not feeling confident we are in good hands over here.

Got someone on the phone first try. I just wanted to schedule a non-urgent appointment. They don’t care about the patient I was in so much pain and I just got there for a couple minutes late they say we are Completely booked and no one was sitting outside

Clean facility and wonderful staff. Dr. Cho was able to see my wife and I on short notice and demonstrated great knowledge based on our diagnosis and recommendations for specialists. Will certainly be back.

Dr. Basich is the best! She always makes sure I address all my concerns before I leave. I always feel like I am in good hands never feel rushed. Unlike at my primary care physicians.. also Jasmine is the best. I love coming here and I will definitely be switching to this facility instead

The staff is friendly and being that this building is brand spanking new, it is very nice.

Dr. Cho was prepared, knowledgeable, had great bedside manner and asked questions. Best first doctor visit I’ve ever had.

I was an executive in the healthcare industry before I retired. Upon retirement I chose a Medicare supplement plan with MemorialCare as my provider and Dr. Anthony Cho as my physician. Being knowledgeable in the field, I believe my rating of this provider and physician should carry a lot of weight. I can’t be more pleased with both of these. Dr. Cho is smart, thoughtful and considerate. He follows up promptly and cares about me as an individual. Each time I see him I am more impressed. As far as Memorialcare, they are excellent. Their Urgent Care facility and staff is outstanding. If I need a referral for a specialist, their is little if any delay in referring me. If you have the opportunity to use them as your provider know that you are in excellent hands with an outstanding organization.

Nowadays, it's very hard to find a Doctor that truly cares about you and that shows empathy. I felt that Dr, Anthony J. Cho heard me, I felt that he cared about me and my questions, and it was amazing to see how he went the extra mile to make sure we receive good care.
