I was referred to Dr. Cho by mistake, and didn’t really need an ENT - not my fault! Dr. Cho then proceeded to treat me like a Child. I am 79 years old and very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology. I obviously realize his knowledge is a million times mine in medicine. But my judgement, and mine alone, is that he is very arrogant!

I have always had a great experience working with Dr Cho and his staff. They are always direct, focused, receptive, knowledgeable, effective, professional, on-time, and their follow-up is complete. I have always had good results from his prescriptions, treatments, and procedures. I also appreciate his business-like but personal style/approach. Thanks for what you do.

I only saw Dr. Cho once but had to deal with his staff multiple times since they mishandled an authorization for a sinus scan for over two months. I should have known this place was a mess when they booked me on the wrong date and we're surprised when I came in for my visit despite my calling the previous day to confirm. Don't waste your time and find someone else. They don't know what they're doing, clearly lie when confronted and do not have your best interest.
