He was so very nice, professional ,quick ,efficient and was able to help me with my issue very quickly.

I must first apologize for completely butchering Dr. Jakobsen's name as I had gotten it mixed up with another doctor in the clinic. He had a good sense of humor thankfully. He examined me and the diagnosis was acid reflux and his remedy worked immediately that very next day! I highly recommend him! The other thing I really want to commend him for is as another professional I understand he has to replay the same information to the general public over and over every day and we depend on him and doctors like him for their knowledge and accurate diagnosis. He knows his stuff. And he's very kind and polite even though I know he's had to say this exact thing probably 60 times that day. I am grateful for his help. He was spot on! Anyone would be glad to have his service. It might be a wait to see him but I will guarantee it's worth it and that's a good problem to have. Thank you so much once again! Great doctor who helped cure my 10 year sinus infection! I didn't even know it was still there. After 2 weeks of hard core antibiotics I can actually breathe out of my nose. Life changing. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because doctor kept touching my face with no gloves on and thats gross...

He is the best! As a 69 yr old health conscious person who is curious and wants my medical concerns addressed. Dr. Jakobsen listens and answers all my questions with care and understanding. He is a walking book of information in his field. I have seen him for my nasal, TMJ, and acid reflux issues. I highly recommend Dr. Jakobsen.

Nothing less than perfect, I've been dealing with an issue with my neck for4 years and I was not able to get a proper diagnosis from multiple doctors. After one single visit with Dr. Jacobsen in 15 minutes he was able to determine and diagnosed me. I am now receiving the proper physical therapy that I needed to ensure a full recovery. I saw Dr Jakosen a few months ago . I was having a problem with my right sinus. My husband came with me as always. He was short with me and seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with me. It turns out I have a cyst the size of 5 quarters. I have not been able to breathe in the right side for 6-8 months. He gave me 2 different nose sprays and no follow up . I lost my taste with FLONASE .Care was really awful. I need surgery ASAP. Concerned about possible vision loss. I'm constantly sick with dripping. It's awful. I have not slept in months. This was not patient care .

Spent less than 10 minutes with us for $250 , casually dismissed our concerns and we wound up in ER 2 days later - made a rude comment about being a smoker - NOT the level of specialty care or professionalism you expect for $250 - we have no insurance and paid for this out of pocket - very disappointing- feel ripped off for sure

Such a great experience with Dr. Jakobsen today. He was so kind and gentle with me as I was fearful because I had a bad experience with a previous doctor. Glad I found someone I can trust, will definitely be back for a follow up.

Dr. Jakobsen has been my "go to" ENT physician for 15 or more years. I have always received top level medical treatment from him and excellent service from the entire staff in his medical group.He is direct and to the point which is want I want in a doctor. This might not suit everyone but it certainly suits me and my wife, who is also his patient.We will continue to be his patients as long as he is practicing.
