If you want the best counselor in the known universe, go see Michelle Miller. She helps me reframe negative experiences and let things go. She gives me tools for coping with disappointment, anger, conflict, and anxiety. She makes me laugh and makes me cry which are rare experiences for me. She remembers things I've said in the past and revisits them--she doesn't let stuff I need to deal with sneak away. If she wasn't my counselor, I would want her for my friend because she's such an insightful, high quality person. RECOMMEND
