List of Monarch Healthcare's Reviews
I've gone to this urgent care for years and have been treated quickly, kindly, and well. Once COVID hit, my visits felt impersonal and rushed. Mostly, I was seen by a NP who seemed to read off a script about my symptoms. If I tested negative for COVID, thankfully, I felt basically ignored and sent home.Today was different. I met Dr. Luderville for the first time, and she actually spent time talking to me and made me feel "seen" as a patient. I thanked her more than once for her time and care. She did not give me the impression that I was wasting her time nor that she needed to be rushing out the door to the next patient. Thank you, Dr. Luderville, for renewing my faith in this urgent care and showing kindness and respect. And for discussing vaccine options with me.
Dr Sall is an excellent Dr. He is very thorough and caring. He followed up with 2 phone calls to make sure my daughter was getting the tests she needed. It's so nice to have a place close by that has a a good Doc
My husband went to the urgent care on 09/20/2021 about 8:00 PM to have a Dr. look at his waist and the rash to see if he had shingles. She (the Dr.) reassured him he did not . Wednesday he was very uncomfortable and was able to get into his Dr. where he was diagnosed WITH SHINGLES. Its important to get the diagnosis correct so you can get on the medicine ASAP to stop the break out from getting so bad... We were very disappointed in such a big mistake from the Dr. We have gone to this urgent care before and been happy. First time seeing this lady Dr.
The wait was reasonable and the care was excellent.
Laura Maria da Costa Nuna has the worst bed side manner! I was instructed to come back for a follow up appointment by another doctor to get cleared to return to work. I got stuck seeing this doctor and her attitude was extremely rude. She wrote me a letter keeping me out of work for another 2 weeks upon already being SYMPTOM FREE AND already quarantined for 14 days. she also refused to give me a rapid test despite being the reason for my visit claiming there aren't enough tests. I wasted an hour just waiting to see a doctor and left without being tested and a note keeping me out of work for an extended period of time FOR NO REASON! There is NO PROFESSIONAL OR MEDICAL reason for me to still be out of work. Horrible doctor!
Being the only option on a holiday weekend there was not choice. Normally we use the one on LaPaz in Laguna Hills which is very good. Having been to this Urgent Care before I knew it was not very good but both my husband and I needed care. My husband has been very sick for week and is worse. This is a man with serious lung issues and instead of giving him round 2 of his normal protocol he was given a stronger antibiotic and cough syrup.Because I also have lung issues we follow a protocol with the combination of drugs. I went it with all my meds missing only the antibiotic. I have not been sick since before the lockdown and could not remember which antibiotic we use. I asked the doc to check my chart and see what they gave me last time. He told me that there was just too much in the chart to figure it out. He gave me an antibiotic. When I got home I looked in my chart and found exactly what they usually give me in about 30 seconds. It is worrisome that it was too much for the doc to take the time and look. When we picked up the scripts, got them home and opened the bag I read that I could not take the med due to the interaction of another drug I was taking. This is not the fist time I have gotten the wrong drug from this Urgent Care. Everyone was very nice and there was no wait but that does not make up for poor medical care.
I was very pleased with the service. Made an appointment for same day. From front end, nurse & doctor, I was nicely taken care of.
I’ve been calling them for 2 hours and they DO NOT answer the phone, biggest pet peeve as somebody who’s worked many service jobs is when companies won’t do something as basic as pick up the phone. I used to like this place and would go there for care, but honestly if a medical center doesn’t care enough to pick up the phone and answer a question for somebody then I don’t really want medical attention from them. Waste of time and money
Dr. Peter Czuleger is EXCEPTIONAL at every level providing utmost attention to detail when listening, impeccable bedside manner and proactive follow up. Beyond five stars in thoughtful patient care to two family members. His friendly calming demeanor & years of experience offers great confidence after your visit. A wonderful facility with lovely Nurse Gabby who greets you upon arrival.
Really efficient organization, I was in and out very quickly. Great doctor, Peter Czuleger who was a great listener and helped ease my nerves. Great adherence to Covid precautions as well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
