Wonderful Opthomologist! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and he is very patient and thorough. Office staff are great too!
I've been very hesitant to get botox or fillers done for a variety of reasons, but mostly because of all the horror stories I've heard of botched botox cases. So when I went to Dr Ozgur I was armed and ready with my questions and concerns. Thanks to Dr Ozgur my concerns and fears were completely unwarranted; I loved my experience! Not only was he kind and understanding but took the time to answer everyone of my questions fully and with his full attention. He explained every step of the procedure, what I should expect and allayed all my fears. I ended up going with botox and fillers and am so incredibly pleased with the results. To top it all off, Dr Ozgur followed up with me for several weeks afterwards to make sure I was happy with my results. If you are in the market for botox, fillers or any type of oculoplastic procedures Dr Ozgur is definitely the way to go. You won't be disappointed!
I’ve been to Dr. Ozgur’s office several times. He is wonderful and so is the office staff. Dr. Ozgur is very knowledgeable and attentive. It’s easy to make an appointment and there was no wait time.
My first and the last visit. My previous doctor has retired so I was looking for a new doc. It was a really short and strange exam.... Very disappointed....
I went to Dr. Ozgur's office for a second opinion per my primary care physician's recommendation. The office was taking the proper precautions, taking temperatures before patients were allowed inside, and asking if I had any COVID-19 symptoms. After I entered, I went to the front desk to check in and fill out new client paperwork. The receptionist made a copy of my Driver's License and insurance card (standard procedure). Once she finished copying them, she returned them to me and processed my co-pay. I was taken in by a nurse and asked questions. She tested my vision before the Dr. saw me. I didn't wait long for Dr. Ozgur. He asked about my symptoms, examined my eyes and gave me a diagnosis. He explained it to me well. I thought the explanation made more sense and was more informative than what was given by the previous doctor. I was given recommendations on what to do and what to use for my eyes. I asked a series of questions which he was able to answer well. He was personable, nice and reassuring about my problem. I feel confident in his diagnosis and the suggestions he gave me. In fact, my eyes already feel better. It gives me an optimistic feeling to improve in the span of a week. The staff was very good, too. I felt welcome at the office and they took all the precautions that are necessary to keep people safe. The experience here was much better than the previous doctor's appointment. The location is convenient with adequate parking. I am happy I went here.
He must have been having a very bad day considering existing reviews here. Didn't greet me by name. Didn't greet me at all. Didn't introduce himself. Didn't ask for any background on my condition. Didn't offer any insights or treatment options, just orders as in, "you will do this". Very arrogant, I felt like a bug when I left and had my procedure done elsewhere.
I used to see Dr. Gosheh and went to Dr. Ozgur because he was quicker to get into. First experience was pretty good. I felt like he spent a good amount of time with me and actually listened. However, second experience a year later was not so good. The appointment felt very curt and it seemed he wanted to get me out of the door, even though he had only spent about 30 seconds with me. He didn't ask how I was, nor did he even ask me about what brought he in. I can only assume he just went with what the nurse wrote down and didn't inquire about any additional details related to my problem. I didn't tell the nurse the entire history, because usually the nurses only take down the chief complaint. In addition, being in healthcare myself, they teach you to never trust other people's information or physical exam. You need to verify it yourself. Anyway, I was disappointed by this appointment. Not sure if he had a bad day, but this time he was not friendly (but not unfriendly either), didn't really educate me on my problem, and spent very little time with me. I will probably go to Dr. Gosheh next time or just find another ophthalmologist.
I was hesitant to get the Microneedling procedure done, however Dr. Ozgur was so knowledgeable, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I have to say that it worked wonders for me and I would highly recommend it. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating and I look forward to visiting them again in the future! Thank you!

I have had several procedures by Dr Ozgur. The biggest procedure was the removal of skin cancer on my upper and lower eye lid. This was removed by a Dermatologist called a mohs procedure. The Dermatologist removed 1/3 of my upper and l/3 of my lower eye lid. I thought there is know way I will ever look the same. Thank God for Dr Ozgur! Three hours plus of surgery, my eye lids look normal. I had no pain and felt no eye irritation. He is a highly skilled surgeon. Great personality. I can't say enough about him and his staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
