tried to make appts several times, one recording after another, then says " there are 4 calls ahead of you". Finally gave up. VERY BAD customer service.

I was referred to Dr. Wells by another physician for a terrible sinus infection that was not responding to antibiotics that had been prescribed for 3-4 weeks prior. Dr. Wells used a probe to assess and prescribed an aggressive antibiotic regime and steroid nasal rinse .After 2 weeks, he preformed a Cat Scan and I was finally cleared. He explained everything in detail as he went over cat scan. Very pleasant & accommodating front office. Thank you Dr. Wells.

Professional, and very kind to my Mother. Staff are friendly and professional. Office is clean.

Scheduled an appointment with Dr Wells to treat my clogged and painful ear. The day of the appointment his office called me to say that he required a referral. My plan is a Blue Shield POS plan and has HMO and PPO options. The fact is I didn't need a referral and could instead pay 25% of the cost of the visit under the PPO component. I called Memorial Care and was validated by the patient navigator who said she has seen this misunderstanding previously with the POS plan. She instructed me to call Blue Shield and have them call Dr Wells office. I did as much and waited on hold for 45 minutes while the representative from Blue Shield called the Doctor's office. Blue Shield said everything was all set, but when I showed up for the appointment his assistant insisted I needed a referral, didn't acknowledge that Blue Shield called and refused to see me. Very frustrating waste of my day. In my experience a fish stinks from the head and Dr Wells and team are not patient centric and are more worried about money. I could have paid out of pocket and submitted the bill, but wasn't even provided an option. They had zero concern for my well being.

Dr. Wells is great. He took the time to explain to me what he observed and why he came to his diagnosis. He then explained the med he was prescribing and it's side effects. I never thought that he had one foot out the door. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I had a good understanding of what was going on with me, then he went to his next patient. I recommend Dr. Wells highly.

Dr. Wells and his staff are very highly recommended. He made what was a fairly serious situation into one of confidence, ease and incredible follow-through. we have definitely found our new ENT and understand why they are so highly rated!

I had been to PCP and Urgent care for my never ending headache. Asked my doc for a referral to ENT. Dr. Wells for the win. The office is professional and quick. Dr. Wells diagnosed on my first visit. He is the best. Highly recommend this doctor.

First time visit, handled with care, then referred out next day..Just waiting for my results, one week out, which I rather it be within the week, but can't complain.Thanks to the staff at Dr. Wells !!

Dr. Wells is a very nice man and a very competent doctor. A good listener and answered my questions thoroughly so I can understand as the layman that I am. I also like that he has a good sense of humor and easy to get along with. If I need an ENT doctor he definitely is my choice and I would not hesitate to use him as a referral to friends or just other people in general.Also I like his staff who are very nice, friendly and patient. I get the feeling his staff like working for Dr. Wells very much.Okay...my only complaints are after making an appointment it took almost 3 weeks to get in. I would imagine he is popular hence the long lead time. My other critique is since his office is on the 4th floor that damn elevator can be quite slow but the ENT office has no control over that. :-)

Very quick scheduling, and very please with the visit. Dr Wells was friendly, thorough, careful, and informative, both in his questions about my long and complicated history and in his physical examination of my head, ears, nose, and through. Inspired a lot of confidence. Thanks
