List of Podiatry Hotline Foot And Ankle's Reviews
I had a neuroma on the bottom of my left foot and was in a lot of pain. I went to Kaiser and they did a Cortizone shot and said if that didn't help I would need surgery. One of my wife's friends recommended Dr. Thomas Rambacher And he suggested doing dehydrated alcohol shots. A couple months later I am completely pain-free and avoided surgery. I recommend Dr. Rambacher to anyone having foot problems. Thank you so much for your insight, and for the care you gave me. This was life-changing
I was in search of the best Foot Dr. in the area and found this one. I called to get more information and a very nice young woman answered. I believe her name was Alicia and she was very helpful, nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to scheduling my appointment.
I recently saw Dr. Rambacher and one of his associates for some foot pain and bunions. I was so pleased with the way everything was clearly explained in lay terms and all of my questions were answered. The front office staff was nice and my experience overall was very good. I like how we weren't rushed out of the office, but time was taken to make sure we understood everything. Thank you!
This Doctor overcharged for services that were not performed and were rejected by Medicare. They sent a bill for the portion Medicare stated we did not have to pay since "The information provided does not support the need for this many services or items in this period of time but you do not have to pay this amount." The bill was $1109.28 for buffing nails. Outrageous!!!
I would like to give a negative review if I can. A year ago, I had intended to express my dissatisfaction through a review but ended up procrastinating. Recently, I received a statement claiming I hadn't paid the copay. Recollecting my payment during the visit, I examined my old credit statement and verified the transaction. When I contacted the billing department, they acknowledged my payment but explained that the account had not been updated due to a billing cycle issue. This explanation seems puzzling to me since I paid the copay during the visit. During the appointment, the doctor suggested purchasing expensive shoes and orthopedic insoles, a recommendation not endorsed by other orthopedics in the area. Echoing sentiments from other negative reviews, it appears that Dr. Rambacher's motivations are primarily financial. The staff members were notably impolite, and the billing department abruptly ended our conversation when I sought clarification on an overdue account, despite my prompt payments. If I hadn't reviewed my year-old credit card statement, I might have unwittingly made an unnecessary payment. Approach your interactions with this establishment cautiously.
Before you select "Dr." Rombacher to repair your Achille's Tendon damage, please note that this "Doctor's" poor pre-op interview skills contributed directly to my brother's untimely post-op death at just 37 years old and, according to his wife, Rombacher didn't pay a cent in compensation to his family as of this month. It may have been 14 years ago, but he is still dead and it is as painful as ever.
My first visit today with Dr. Rambacher was a great one. He took the time to explain my condition and the plan of treatment after all the necessary tests were done to support my diagnosis. The front office and technicians were also very professional, supportive and efficient with all the paperwork needed. Thank you all.
We had a very good experience with Dr. Rambacher. He explained in detail the issues with my daughter's feet and thoroughly discussed his plan for treatment. He was very personable and encouraged questions.
I can not say more positive things about Dr Rambacher and also his staff. I had my 2nd appointment with him today for a very deep wart on the ball of my foot.. it is a process since it is sooooooo severely deep, he digs then burns , digs then burns... I was sooooooo scared when he got ready to start digging into the wart with no numbing cream or spray.... he told me to trust him and his approach , so I did. He held his word, he was sooooooooooooo good because he was able to dig into it on the bottom of my foot which is soooo sensitive , and it did not hurt. I am sold. I now have my trust in him and feel so comfortable with him. The office is soo clean, the rooms are clean and you can tell that whole office staff care very highly for where they work. Sounds weird cause I'm in pain and that's why I am going there but I LOVE going to my appointments.
Everyone in this office is awesome but just to let you know I really hate doing surveys but I love everybody and Dr robinbacher's office they're all great in every way

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
