I love this hospital, I came here 2 times. 1, for a surgery and 2, for vomiting🤮. In the ER i had to wait like 30 minutes but I was still treated. I wasn't born in this 🏥 hospital, but my brother was. If u could i would give it 100000000000 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Patients beware. I am a caregiver for someone who went to Mission Hospital because of severe pain do to a dislocated hip after having surgery. She was waiting for placement into a skilled nursing facility for extended thaerapy to help improve her mobility. In order to qualify for skilled nursing the case manager for Mission has to identify a facility to for my patient to be placed directly from the hospital. This allows insurance to pay for the nursing care. Here are my issues. 1 There were multiple case managers who dropped the ball and did not find a skilled nursing facility over the 8 days my patient was in the hospital. 2 I made a complaint to the adminstrative office who said they would follow up with me within 5 business days. Absolutely no response, even after contacting the adminstration office several times. 3 My patient was asked to leave the hospital with a 3 hour notice. After talking with the head nurse on staff it was changed to a release the next morning. 4. I left a complaint with the adminstrative office about a nurse who was disrespectful toward my patient Unbelievable!!! I witnessed first hand. 5. The ER doctors missed the diagnosis of her hip 3 times. My patient was eventually diagnosed with OSTEONECROSIS. It is important for Mission to take responsibility for these unfortunate series of events.

My life was put at risk after a Surgery complication during a Robotic surgery done. I had to go through 2 Surgeries, I was very low on my blood counts they didn’t want to give me blood. The hospital went out of its way to only protect the Doctor and Hospital so I transferred to Cedar-Sinai. Some nurses on the east 3rd floor didnt listen to patients needs and didnt know what they were doing, The Nurse in Surgery center after care she just wanted to finish work and go home. Only some nurses really understood and cared , went out of their way was Val, Erica, Bahar, and my last nurse . I requested to be on the West cause they had more compassion. Had to go through more than 5 CT Scans and many other difficulties… no one should go through all this . Also they wouldn’t release the surgery records

I thank God for the great Doctors that took care of my sister Sara. After her second stroke Doctor Assifudin got her back to move from a right Side whole body paralyzed. Doctor ElSokari Doctor katrin and others nurses and Ana physical therapist. Great job 👏 thank you for your help.

Security at this hospital is very rude. When you have sick patients coming in and the first thing they have to deal with is rude security guards. First impression I’m not impressed. He asked me to change my mask and I was fine with that he gave me a different one I said thank you. As I was putting it on he just decided to ask me do you have a problem? I never even questioned him rules are rules. I was like no why? Because there seems to be a problem. I said I’m just changing my mask. He then says no is there a problem here. I was really confused to what his problem was at that point. I just said nope. I’m good your just rude. Then the next guy that had to print a badge for me said he’s not rude he’s really nice guys. Then says he can’t be nice to everyone. Really!! Seems like you can’t either. Hope it gets better from here.

What a horrible place. We had an MRI appointment scheduled for over 1 month. We get a call at 3pm confirming the appointment. When we arrived at our appointment for 5:30pm they had canceled it because they were too busy, and the receptionist had the audacity to blame us for canceling (she later confirmed it was the office that had canceled and ‘forgot’ to tell us). How unprofessional can a hospital be? Don’t go, don’t give these people business and reward their horrible practices

Spent 5 hours waiting in the ER lobby when I had chest and breathing problems. Never saw a doctor. I left and went to another local hospital and was seen immediately.
