The team at HNAOC are professional, polite, caring and on top of everything. All actions are prompt and the doctors are a class.

First, I want to start by mentioning how easy it was to make an appointment. I was a new patient and lucky enough to be able to see Dr.Luu is the best. The moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable. While I was filing out forms, not once did I have any thoughts of ghee. Here I go again. Another doctor is probably going to say I don't know or let's wait and see. Or, the other thought of I hope nothing foolish is going to be said. Yes,I have reasons to have those thoughts. Well, guess what happened? Not one negative thought . I met Dr.Luu, and he listened to my concerns ,my health issues, as well as my opinion and why I was so scared. Dr.Luu is a caring, compassionate, derstansung doctor who, in my opinion, has a calmness that he somehow delivers in such a way that makes his patients feel safe. The explanation of the best treatment I received from him was 100%right on point. He had me scheduled for surgery, which I would like to add no complications. I ended up with more energy and felt so much better afterward. Dr.Luu understands what his patients are going through. His surgical skills are incredible. He left me without a scare. Reassuring that my health issue will not happen again since a thyroid won't miraculously grow back. From the front office staff to his patient compliance person to the anesthesiologist were nothing but TOP NOTCH. I have been in this group for about 15 years. Prior I did not have a good experience. I was terrified. Having to return there, yes, I had doubts, but being lucky enough to have Dr.Luu Folks, I could not have asked for a better physical to help me. Dr.Luu cares about his patients. None of this nonsense of let's wait and see. Nope. He knew my health and family medical history, which is so important for doctors to know. The fact that he already had a treatment plan ready before I got there really made me feel safe and in good hands. Dr.Luu has this persona about him that patients trust as feel safe. Sometimes, it's hard for me to put in words my experiences about a doctor due to them setting the bar to the highest standards. Dr.Luu did just that. Thank you so much, Dr.Luu.

Dr. Luu is very thorough. My appointment was for a consult. He explained everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. I had many questions and he seemed happy to answer them all without being in a hurry. A rare occurrence. His staff was pleasant and Dr.Luu was on time for my appointment.

Dr Luu was efficient and competent. The front office and staff were great too.

The best ENT in Southern California

I saw Dr. Luu repeatedly over the course of about a year for severe itching inside my ear. I asked him several times if he thought this was some kind of dermatitis or eczema. He kept telling me it wasn't. All he did was suction wax out each time I saw him and sent me on my way. I finally consulted with a different ENT and his diagnosis - eczema. Dr. Luu was not on the ball in my case.

I had a consultation with Dr. Luu. I am a cash patient and paid 250 for a 5 minute consultation. Didn't give me more time or explain to me with details probably too busy, schedule coordinator never called me back to schedule my surgery, rude workers.

Care was excellent. Carol helped set up my appointment and called me several times with a progress check. Dr. Luu was great. Seen promptly, knew exactly what to do and did it. Had a nasty abscess drained in my neck. Got better very quickly.
