List of Ramin Zabihi's Reviews
The worst customer service, professionalism and care. I thought that it is my negative experience of this office, after reading the reviews and comments on google and yelp It became evident for me that I will never want to go back to that office and this office lacks ethical and responsibility of care in the real meaning of the word.

The most unprofessional and rude customer service and staff I have ever seen. I called the office and stating that I have pain and therefore need an appointment, the girl on the phone told me that "everyone is saying lies to get in earlier". I was appalled and said this is your answer when I say I have pain? She said, it's not my problem that you have pain... go to emergency with a very rude tone. I said well ...I think I need to get a new referral from my physician with this customer service... she said "don't threaten us". This is the extreme level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. The doctor who can't change this terrible staff despite reading very negative reviews every where is not acting very professional and ethical either. This is not the staff and customer service of a clinician should be. They neither are professional, nor ethical and not even heard about the responsibility of care. It is so unfortunate and sad that our health care system has stains like this.
I have seen the doctor a few times since 2020, a referral from an equally excellent doctor Zimmerman: He is thorough, direct, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for all that you do. Ignore the 1 star reviews about staff. Anyone who owns a business knows staffing is hard to come by the last two years and think those reviews lack the focus that is needed for a Google review about a doctor.
Very nice and caring Dr. Explained everything in detail and patiently. Very pleased 🙏
Best staff , knowledgeable and kind . And Dr Zabihi reachable and caring and excellent diagnosis.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Zabihi & I will NEVER be coming back again. The moment I walked in I got a very strange vibe from the front desk girl. She had dark brown hair & was wearing a headband face mask. I watched her speak to a patient in a very rude way, yell at her co worker several times in front of me and other patients & heard her speak to a patient over the phone with an annoyed tone. I've never seen someone so unprofessional in my life. The other front desk women who was being yelled at by this disturbed women looked so sad & drained. I asked her if she was okay because I honestly felt so bad at the way she was being spoken too. When I told the doctor about what I saw, his response were along the lines of "well what do you want us to do to help" "we're not going to fire her on the spot because a patient said so". First of all, I never said anything about firing anyone. I just wanted him to acknowledge what I was saying & at the very least apologize for this uncomfortable experience, which he did not. It's very obvious he is fully aware of this ladies attitude problem & has done nothing about it. The rest of the appointment was very awkward / uncomfortable for me. The Doctor did not say anything to make the situation better which makes sense why he would allow such behavior at a medical office. I've already asked for a new referral (which I've never had to do before) & I will never step foot in this office again.
Yesterday i has a good experience at the officce of Dr Zabihi and the staff, everyone is so nice. It was a great experience as my first time consulting a this kind of speciality . I feel calm to have my colonoscopy with this Dr, very profesional . the Dr Zabihi staff were really nice with me.

2 stars for a few reasons. #1 the office girl that returns voice mails is SO RUDE !! Talks over you, doesn't listen, ZERO Compassion. Dr Zabihi himself is OK, not the best bed side manner. But he absolutely should not tolerate his lazy rude office staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
