I just completed my first colonoscopy today and I have to tell you the entire experience was flawless. Scheduling and communication, (emails and calls) prior to the procedure were seamless and left nothing unanswered. My initial phone call with Dr Zabihi was on time and informative. He was pleasant and professional and very reassuring. The staff at Memorial Care Surgical Center in Laguna Woods were exceptional. Nothing but good things to say about the entire experience.

I read previous reviews of this Dr beforehand, and I have to tell you, I am surprised we are talking about the same person. He was pleasant and professional and very reassuring. The staff at Memorial Care Surgical Center in Laguna Woods were exceptional. Nothing but good things to say about the entire experience.

Dr Zabihi is very knowledgeable and professional. I am a dentist and had my Endoscopy with another Dr and felt a misdiagnosis on the results. So I was referred to Dr Zabihi by multiple persons for a second opinion. I can't express how thankful I am. I highly recommend him if you care about the right diagnosis on your exam.

This Dr. is a hustler! Dr. Zabihi charged my husband $150 for a 2 min phone screen and then he got upset because my husband didn't sign up for a colonoscopy. The Dr got frustrated and agitated over zoom. Please check other GI offices out and read this Dr's reviews before you decide on this guy. In general lesson learned, read reviews on doctors before you see them as a patient. We would have saved a $95 for a 2 minute zoom call. Because, this Dr over A 2 Minute Zoom that again billed my insurance $150 and was getting agitated since my husband wouldn't commit to a colonoscopy, we ended up going with a large GI office in Mission Viejo that came highly recommended by our Dr friends. We couldn't have been more happier for trusting our intuition. There is a reason why Dr Ramon Zabihi has multiple low yelp scores and now I see why. Couldn't agree with them more. I wish we read his reviews before calling his office.

Very rude front office. Chris from billing department took my card number and stated that she does not have access to credit card machine and will send me my receipt later when she has time. She then very rudely said to me why didn’t you ask for the receipt first.

Dr.Zahibi took excellent care of me and his staff were very nice throughout my whole endoscopic process. I’ve seen him numerous times and he is very knowledgeable in providing solutions for any gastrointestinal related issue. He was very attentive when I informed him about my acid reflux. I would definitely recommend anyone with gastrointestinal issues to pay Dr.Zahibi a visit!

After a negative endoscopy result he said "don't bother going to the ER next time I had black stools", internet says go imediately! arrogant, and condescending!

I rarely write/give negative reviews, but had to for this & if there was a NEGATIVE stars option, I'd give -100! Office staff is extremely rude & unprofessional! Called several times to cancel an appt 72 hours before, kept being put on hold over & over again, finally gave up. Called again next day & after being on hold for a very long time, someone finally came on the line. She was very rude & said you should know better & should have canceled 72 hours before your appt, otherwise $100 fee. Mid sentence of trying to explain to her we did try to call several times yesterday (72 hours prior) & why needed to cancel, was cut off & put on hold again. When another person finally came back on the line, she was also extremely rude, cutting off repeatedly, very argumentative, then hung up! Unbelievable! Both women were extremely rude & unprofessional. Never seen a doctor's office so disrespectful & in your face with complete attitude & no regard for their patients. No wonder there are so many similar negative reviews!! Very thankful to find out now before having any procedures done. Stay away from this office!

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. zabihi. He was ok but people who work in his office are miserable. His office manager is Chris. This lady is super rude and treats patient with zero, trust me zero respect. I won't go back to his office and strongly recommend pick another doctor.
