After having my appointment cancelled and rescheduled 3 times with an OBGYN, I was scheduled to meet with Regina Baldo. The appointment was to discuss my PCOS & having my IUD replaced. Ms. Baldo could not provide me with any information regarding either. She performed a Pap smear but failed to perform an additional test required for the IUD insertion. I did not know this and it came as a surprise to me, today, when I went in to have the removal & reinsertion process performed. I now have to return for an additional appointment to have this completed. Although Ms. Baldo did treat me kindly during the examination, she could have been more knowledgeable in the entire process. The office itself could have been more helpful since I also didn’t know I would need to provide a urine sample.

I just switched my insurance from Kaiser to BCBS. My first appointment was with Regina Baldo, NP.After 7 years of horrible medical care with Kaiser, I was so very impressed and thankful for such thorough and thoughtful care. I went in apprehensive and left complete, with the knowledge my Health concerns, are in great hands. I'm feeling quite relieved and thankful.
