This review is very overdue and I apologize for it. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rokhshadfar. She is an absolutely fabulous doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. I've been a patient of hers for close to two years now. She does not rush you through an appointment with her. She is very thorough and conscientious. She is adamant in wanting reports/labs forwarded to her from outside of Memorial Care, so that she has the full picture of her patients current health statuses. This shows genuine concern for her patients' wellbeing. I feel fortune to have this doctor.

I had a horrible experience with her office. The staff lacks competency and familiarity with their work. The front office supervisor lacks regard to patient's concern and is very disrespectful. Don't waste your time making an appointment with this office or you will be sadly disappointed when you need medical attention the most.

As I have clearly stated in my last comment she is genuinely care about her patients and helping them out with what she can to improve their health. She has helped me to obtain the CGM (Continuous Glocus Monitoring) device and since then I have lowered my AC1 from over 10 to 6.2 by changing my diet and ability to monitor my blood sugar levels throughout the day. This significant changes were possible only with her help, encouragement and caring as a committed physician to her patients. My wife and I are patients of her and we both sincerely thankful and appreciate her kindness and her helping us with our health issues.
