Dr Park replaced both of my knees about a year ago. Honestly, the entire process could not of gone better. Dr. Park listened to my concerns. He answered all of my questions about the surgery. Dr. Park gave me the confidents I needed to get this surgery done! At the risk of sounding corny. Today I have a life. And I love my life. A year ago. I was just alive. The difference between the two is stark!!

Dr Samuel Park replaced my left hip 10/2018 and unfortunately the device has come loose in the femur. I am not 100% sure it was Dr. parks fault however, upon finding out the hip had come loose I contacted the office to talk to Dr Park and see what options we had to fix the issue, I did not get a call back from that message left with staff or the following 10+ calls made over the next 5-6 weeks - the staff would take the verbal message over the phone and apparently never relayed the message to the Md. or chart the incident and request for contact. I had to find a new hip MD to help with the revision and work thru the very painful medical issue.Their lack of patient care is above and beyond anything I have ever seen - shame on you for not taking care of your patients when they need you most!!I recently took an office visit with Dr Park to relay all of my attempts to get care, he was shocked to hear the staff was not passing along the huge issue I had with my hip, the office manager pulled phone records and confirmed all of my calls had been received from their phone statement.I really liked Dr. Park and trusted him with my health, it seems their desire to be super busy and make more money has killed their interest in patient care.just my 2 cents...

Dr. Park has now replaced both of my knees with excellent results. Dr. Park explains things well, arranges for home physical therapy immediately after surgery, and then transitions patients to out patient therapy. His sense of humor has made the whole process easier for me each time. Office staff are helpful and friendly. I never wait overly long for appointments.

I just had my second knee total replacement done by Dr. Park. This one has turned out to be just as successful as the first. By that I mean pain free. Like everyone needing this procedure I was anxious about pain and outcome. Just line the first surgery I was pain free. Dr. Park’s pain protocol seems to be just right to get you through this procedure with no or little pain. I am happy about my whole experience with his office and him.

Dr. Park replaced both of my knees at the same time 2 years ago. I had no problems at all. It was an easy surgery and easy recovery. I worked out a lot before the surgery to strengthen my muscles and also am average to light weight - all of wish helped in the recovery. I wish I would have done this years ago.I now have full range of motion and can do everything I want to do.I highly recommend Dr. Sameul Park if you are considering any form of help with problem knees.
