Dr. Lazo and Dr. Bender and Jazmine in the office and Nurse Tammy are awesome and made a nightmare better. Recommended highly.

I have been trying to get 2 referrals from this office since July 7, 2020 and it is now Aug 13. I even asked them to make it stat because my husband was thinking of going to ER. Doctors are OK but staff is not competent. Healthnet is now involved and trying to "help" them to file a referral request. Healthnet said it should have taken 3- 4 days to obtain. We still do not have it. When I call their office they always say it is pending. I've never had such a problem getting a referral!!!Follow up: It is now August 19th still NO referral. They sent us a referral for a surgeon that does women's breast cancer surgery. This will not help my husband. I would not recommend going to this place!! When I have tried to call their referral department it goes to voicemail and the receptionist said "well they work from home" This is not the first time we have had trouble with the staff at this office.
