I was desperate to have a deep rooted lump on my thigh. It’s because my cancer surgery is coming up in a week. I was afraid the long process of recovery is too long to have that lump stay inside my leg. I was diagnosed with a lymph node cancer. That’s why i am very nervous seeing any small lump or pimple on my body. He told his staff to squeeze me in in just a few days. I had the lump removed so quickly and painlessly. The tissue was sent to the lab. I will know the result in a week or so. I am grateful for Doctor’s Tien Nguyen thoughtfulness and care. Thank you doctor and your office staff. Everyone is very professional and friendly too!

I dunno how i frgt to post this .. but.. All i can say is if u don't have insurance ur treated like ur nothing of importance here . They will literally tell you to take benadryl to get you out of the office .

Dr. Martin was extremely personable and really took the time to listen to my daughter and her concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Martin and his staff. The best bed side manner and very informative!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! I will never ever go back here again! I've never felt so disrespected in my life. When I arrived I checked in and had to fill out paperwork (expected.) Then I was called to the examining room and 2 young ladies walk in who appear to me to be student doctors. They were very nice and we go over everything. I was referred there because I had been suffering from really bad cystic acne and I had some small spots on my neck that I've never had before. They step out and I can hear one of them going over everything with the doctor. He walks in and I kid you NOT!!!! before he even says hello he says, " well the good thing is all it cost you was gas money to get here" because I had medi-cal. Are you fucking kidding me?!?!?! I have never felt so small in my life. I didn't even know what to say. So now we're all (4 of us) in this small ass room super awkward. He literally looks at my neck for maybe 3 seconds if that and says "it's too soon to tell anything you can do laser treatments if you want." Doesn't acknowledge the acne, he then looks at one of the "student doctors" and tells her to book me for that and to follow up in three months and he walks out!!!! He could not have cared any less. His attitude and demeanor was terrible and not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I'm not even exaggerating he probably wasn't even in the room a good five minutes. 5 minutes is generous. He walks out and I look at the "student doctors" and say "that's it?" And then one of them switch's on me and got a major attitude with me about how he was busy and blah blah blah and that it's up to me if I wanted to do it. I don't care what the excuse was but seriously wtf! He probably didn't care about me because he was just collecting whatever money Medi-Cal was going to pay him. Worst experience of my life I will never go back there! People please do your research especially if you're on Medi-Cal.

I love this place. Office usually runs right on time, and they have simplified getting refills on my psoriasis. They take excellent care of me and my skin.

I can't believe it only took a couple months for you to respond back to me. I have left numerous messages and phone calls for somebody from your office to call me back to discuss my options. I am not interested in a trial study. Please do not contact me again. I will be seeking another Dr for my health care.

I have normal acne and have been coming to see Jenny at the Irvine location for my acne treatment since earlier this year and have been happy with the results. I especially love using their polypeptide stem cell serum. And Andrea...the PA is great also! She really listens to your needs and concerns and ever so sweet!

A BIG shout out to Dr. Martin and the staff at First OC Dermatology! I can not say enough great things about my experience today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with several friendly smiling faces. I was quickly called back to the room where I would see Dr. Martin. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He and his nurse took their time to answer my questions and address my skin issues. I have been to many dermatologist offices over the years, and First OC Dermatology is by far my favorite!

Convenient location in Fountain Valley, easy to get an appointment, friendly staff, caring doctors. I've only gone for dermatology issues, no plastic surgery or elective stuff, so I don't know about that. My Doctor, Vivien Laquer, is very considerate about staying within my insurance boundaries & in doing the most cost effective treatments in order to save me money, I really appreciate that!
