Terrible customer service absolutely hate this treatment center. Worsts phone call absolutely rude!!!
How does a rehab thats been up and running for so many yrs have only 4, mine being the 4th, reviews? And theres about 5 testimonies which is hard to believe as im sure there's more but it's doing them a disservice to post so few making me even more scared to reach out. Pls post more reviews as its already hard enough to change from using to not then the program your interested in due to financial matters doesnt give any but 3 reviews.
I don't usually leave reviews. I'm leaving this review because I saw a negative review about a bad phone call with Twin Towns and it would be a genuine shame if that discouraged anyone from attending. This is a good treatment center. In my experience the counselors genuinely care about the clients and give 100% to the clients. Addiction is tough. People come in with different attitudes, addictions, withdrawal symptoms, and life experiences. The counselors at Twin Towns are open, understanding, caring, and at times firm. The group therapy setting has worked for me so far. I have six months under my belt and I have my life and happiness back. They didn't "cure" me - they gave me a comfortable place to deal with my problems, helpful information about addiction, and the time and space to sort my own head out. How you handle your addiction is ultimately up to you, but if you want to make a clean start I think this is a great place to give it a go. It takes some time to get well again but it is absolutely worth it.
Terrible customer service, absolutely the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
