List of Alex Edward Mari's Reviews
Dr. Mari takes the time to discuss your health issues and better yet, he actually speaks english
Dr. Alex Mari is a great doctor although I was not seen by him for very long my experiences with him where always good. He takes his time to listen to you and doesnt make you feel rushed. HOWEVER, his help in the front desk and his MA are terrible. I needed some medication/ refills authorized by him and calling the office to get a simple refill approved was a terrible experience. Nobody seems to know what they are doing or who to direct you to, and when they do direct you to the right person , the person doesnt pick up so you leave a message only for her never to return your call. I had to call his MA directly to get something approved and again took days for anything to happen . I saw this turning in to a nightmare so I got another doctor. The ladies up front are rude and disrespectful for they make it seem like they are doing you a favor when in reality the customer is paying their wages directly or indirectly. As a matter of fact, I requested my records over a week a go for my new doctor and apparently they just put them in the mail yesterday. If you took a bunch of Chimps from the wild and put them to run that front desk I can almost guarantee that they would do a better job than the individuals that work there now. Dr. Mari should fire all of these people and just start fresh. What a shame .
I saw Dr. Mari because my primary doctor was out of town. Dr. Mari and his staff were great. Dr. Mari listened to what I was saying, he ordered blood work and referred me to specialist. I highly recommend him and I am thinking about switching over to him as my primary care.
Usually go back at appt time. Great doctor :)
I needed a new physician after changing insurance plans. I had my first visit today and feel optimistic about the experience. I was impressed that I was out of the office within 35 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor spent about 15 minutes with me and seems to pay attention to what I was saying. I consider it a good experience for a first visit.
Dr.Mari is great. The problem with this office is the front desk staff. I just waited 25 minutes for them to call me up just to check in after signing the check in log. So I was 10 minutes early for my appointment and now 15 minutes late and I am just getting checked in. Who knows how much longer befor getting called back to the dr office. By the way, my name was the first one on the sign in sheet! Need to replace the whole reception desk staff!
Was referred to Dr Alex Mari by my family. He is kind and considerate and never seems in a rush when he's with you. Both he and his staff are very attentive. Can't go wrong with this Doc!
Dr. Mari is very intelligent. He thinks about all the possibilities before coming to a decision. He may not be the friendliest or wittiest doctor but when it comes to your care he is the best.
Met with Dr. Mari today. He was very patient and caring. I would highly recommend him. He has a great bedside manner to go long with his caring attitude for your health. He asked lots of questions and was full of suggestion on ways to going about my journey to a healthier me. Thank you Dr. Mari.
My husband was released from the ICU with pnumonia in both lungs the previous day and I found him running a fever and with fluctuating blood pressure. I told Dr. Mari that something was terribly wrong and begged him to order blood work and x-rays. Dr. Mari said the 102 fever was not as high as it had been a day before and therefore better. He also refused to order blood work and x-rays saying they were not warranted. This was on Friday of a 3 day weekend. Tuesday when my husband was still running fever and nearly comatose , Dr. Mari finally ordered scans and called in an infectious disease specialist. My husband is terminally ill and was left 3 days without antibiotics which might have helped him because Dr Mari would not listen to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
