I came to the office suffering from pain. Not only I never got to see the actual doctor - I was seen by some unprofessional looking physician's assistant who did not offer any pain relief medicine and did not know if they had the ultrasound in the office. The office never called me back with my urine test results. The older lady who I saw instead of the actual doctor, was absolutely not interested in either talking to me or helping me with my pain. The only thing she was interested in was signing me up for cystoscopy since this is such a great way to get the money out of the insurance. To sum up, this was the worst visit to the doctor in my life. Never again!

Horrible service! I did not even get to see a doctor, I had to have my visit with some older lady in the doctor's office who acted very unprofessional. I am not even sure who she was as she did not introduce herself. Even though I was in really bad pain, I did not even get a pain medication or any other prescription or advice! All she did was insist on doing a cystoscopy (which is quite an expensive procedure) without any attention to my condition. Honestly, the receptionist in their office was acting more professional than this "pseudo doctor". I will advise anyone not to visit this doctor's office. A week later, and they still do not have my urine test results! So much for caring about their patients' health..
