Awful. Does not adhere to appointments. Waited over 40 minutes to be seen and was told to wait 15-20 minutes longer. They were unsure how long because we were on Dr. Bench's schedule and it was in the morning. Could not imagine how long you would have to wait if you were to go in the afternoon. Must be nice to run late as a doctor, but as a patient if you are late they cancel your appointment. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I have severe allergies that affect my life in very negative ways. The whole process, from front desk, to Doctor and now on to immunotherapy shots has been pleasant. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and patient oriented. Kudos to everyone associated with this office.

I think the bad reviews are uncalled for. My experience was fine. They checked me for allergies, found out what the problem is and I started my immunotherapy today. I don't know what people expect. A Dr. visit is not a vacation in a 5 star hotel. Dr. Bensch was friendly and professional and my wait time was very short. Now I keep my fingers crossed that this will work for me.

3/12/19Review of Allergy Immunology & Asthma Medical Group, Inc. My experiences with the Allergy Immunology & Asthma Medical Group, Inc.,have been very good. Dr. George Bensch has helped me greatly with my breathing and overall health. This group has offices in several of the foothill communities, which makes a visit possible without traveling a great distance. I would recommend their medical services to anyone who has- allergy-related breathing problems.William Fontana Sr.

It has been 5 years since I went into Dr. Bensch's office for a prick test. Though I never received additional treatment, I am being charged for several rounds of allergy shots I never received! After multiple phone calls to get the breakdown of what I owe them and receiving different information every time, I can only conclude that this is a shady operation. If you can find ANY other medical professional to go to, I highly suggest you go there and avoid Allergy Immunology & Asthma Medical Group at all costs.

I was referred to the Lodi office not by choice, and gave up trying to cancel the appointment for being on hold. I did not want to go here as my spouse had endured lengthy treatments that were not helpful at all. I finally called another of their offices to reach someone to cancel.
