Best doctor I've ever had, he saved my life.

I went to the urgent care for a significant laceration on my finger. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I can't say enough good stuff about Dr. Basi; he is an amazing doctor, he listens, he makes you feel comfortable, and shows compassion. We need more physicians like him. I appreciate the care that I received from him.

Dr Basi is the least professional doctor I have ever seen, I sat in the room for over an hour waiting for him to come in a see me. During this time i heard him in the hallways berating his staff and making disparaging comments about the man across the hallway and also about me. I will never return to this clinic and would not recommend them to anybody. His staff were all fantastic and very professional, however when i left the office, they would not even look me in the eye, as they knew I had heard all of his comments about me as well as other patients.
