Been to this place several time for an itchy rash and clearly the lady I saw has no clue. Her solution was to coat my skin with Vaseline. That didn't work but my clothes got ruined and I had to sit on a lawn chair for the month I followed her instructions so I didn't get Vaseline all over our home's furniture. Don't waste your time here.

Dr. Sydney Long is absolutely wonderful!! The nurses are nice & professional. The reason only 4*s is because of their receptionist. Borderline rude on 2 different visits!

If I could pit no stars I would the staff is very nice and helpful but the doctor is horrible just pushes you out and I had test done 15 minutes later kicked out! Told nothing to be worried about ha had these food allergies for over 10 years and now hours later I'm having skin and body reactions to the test horrible doctor will report to medical board!

This business is so efficient The employees are friendly and appear to actually enjoy working there. As far as patient care, they are over the top. I just can't say enough good things about the Modesto office

Been taking my son here for 2yrs. Finally, my son has gotten some relief with his allergies. If I would of never persisted in having him tested for allergies I probably would still be buying allergy medicine for personal stock followed by kleenex. Thanks to the Dr. Long and her staff we finally can see the light at the end of the túnel. Thank you all.

Came to the allergy clinic for allergy testing. Every staff member i had contact with for both my appointment was extremely thorough in their explanations. Everyone was friendly, and never rushed me in my understanding. They asked several times if the pin was alright and if they could continue. Would love to refer everyone here!

I was met with a nice and kind hearted receptionist. The woman that did my tests was knowledgeable. She answered my questions with ease. I would highly recommend getting the allergy test here... at this location.

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Sydney Long! The appointment scheduling process was easy and they got me in fast, I was able to compete the paperwork through an online portal before I got there, and didn't have to wait to be called back when I arrived. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and Dr. Long really took her time to understand the symptoms I was having, what I had tried before, and to explain what my allergy treatment options were. When my insurance didn't cover a prescription, she called me personally to let me know that she would be working on an authorization. I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish and am grateful to have found this office!

I have been going here for years and never had any issues going on, but today I had my very first issue with the women who answer the phone. I did not get her name but she was so rude towards me and thought it was funny. I came here for allergy shots and with the coronavirus going around I decided to stop coming, well I called because my allergies have been getting worse and the women I spoke it was a complete b*tch, she was questioning me on what my whole purpose was of calling when I told her from the beginning I didn't wanna get my shots and wanted an appointment with my doctor because my allergies were getting worse. She then told me when she had an appointment available for the next day, and I asked there isn't any openings right now? She said "well you are calling at the end of the day, and I said the end of the day would be 6 when you close it's only TWO. and she started laughing, then she went on by saying well it is late and I said ok I didn't know and she cut me off saying oh you didn't know you were in pain? So I said why are you being so damn rude? And she started saying that she's trying to help and I just hung up. I can't believe these women who are hired to be in a place for people who need help are this damn rude and not considerate.
