Loved Dr. Barnett he was the best back doctor til he retired..
Dr Barnett was my Dr for about 2 yrs .he has a wonderful bedside manner, he truly cares about his patients. In the end nothing worked so he asked me to get an MRI of my hip, and I hesitated but I did do it and thank God the problem was not my sciatica, it was an Acetabular labral tear. Now I'm going to UCSF and I was told I need a hip replacement:( because of Dr Barnett I know what us wring with me all because of a car accident .
Dr Barnett is the best doctor! His bedside manner is great! This Dr. knows what he’s doing ! I highly recommend his expertise! Thank you Dr Barnett for taking my pain away !
Staff is very unprofessional, they hang up on you and don't communicate with their patients. One employee Jennifer is rude, unhappy, like she needs love.
Dr Barnett is closed permanently
Dr Barnett has provided a great deal of relief for me. I trust and respect him completely.
Very rude office staff. They speak down to you, very condescending. I can imagine they get lots of patients but this is human service. Treat us with respect and patience. I’m a college student working part time at Starbucks and even our little coffee service (versus a doctors’ office, much more important) we are held at a standard to give customers a nice experience. I just don’t have the patience for rude customer service. There is no reason to just put a little more effort.
I have been diagnosed with back issues and have been told for 25 years I need a back surgery. I have had several epidural blocks, cortisone shots, ect... over the time period. I went to see Dr. Barnett at the recommendation of a few people who are in the medical field. I can’t say enough about the quality of the care I have received in the past 1 1/2. Dr. Barnett was very cautious about promising anything. He told me there a 40% chance the procedure (nerve oblation) would work in my case. He also said my medical insurance would not pay for it or would take a long time to approve the procedure. I paid for the procedure out of pocket with the chance of some relief. I have had the procedure twice now in 1 1/2 years and what a difference!! I have had the best results I could ask for. It seams to last a solid 8-10 months and has stalled any surgery I may need to have. This doctor cares about his results and cares for his patients. He’s upfront about what I should be doing on my own to help with the everyday pain I experience. The recommendations are exercise, stretching, and even yoga. I think very highly of Dr. Barnett and what he has done for me and I would encourage anyone I see him. He has a great bedside manor and is a no BS kind of guy.
Dr. Barnett is a very kind, professional and effective practitioner. I highly recommend him.
I met Dr. Barnett over 20 years ago when he saw my husband for a back injection. Dr. Barnett was so fascinated by my case that he took me on immediately stating, “I can help, you shouldn’t be in this kin of pain! There are lots of things we can try!” He treated me and finally recommended an interthecal pain pump. Wonders!!! He is kind hearted, funny, totally knowledgeable, cares above and beyond for his patients, and will do almost anything to see them clear of pain! Amazing Dr. and friend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
