Dr. Braaton listened to me talk about how my toe was swollen and healing from the fall I took a few months ago. I’m getting two of the same shoes for my feet to guard against back pain. He’s an excellent surgeon and genuinely cares about his patients.

Scheduled me for surgery the day before he'd be off for a week. Then when anesthesia delayed surgery for precautionary testing, Dr Scheduled me for a week later and attempted to have me discharged from hospital. I was in extreme pain, going home wasn't an option. With the help of a great nurse and Dr at DMC, I remained inpatient and was scheduled for surgery with a new surgeon. Tyvm Dr Wong.

My first appt was on time. Every appt after that was at least an hour wait. Most of the staff is rude and sloppy with their treatment of your wound and cast placement. Dr Braaton did my surgery. After removing my stitches the wound opened and a tendon was hanging out of the wound. I got a infection then I got a staph infection. My calls to the office about issues I was having went to voicemail and they were only returned once when I left a message for the supervisor. Not a place I will return to. Save yourself a lot of pain and go elsewhere.

I believe Dr. Braaton does his best to Fix our feet He’s had to fix mine A couple of times because after he repaired my calcaneus bone I tripped and pull the pins out of the bone and he had it to get in there and do it a different way! Yikes still mending

this doctor is not worthy of being a doctor! Bad manners and when my husband went to Doctors hospital the idiot wanted to amputate his leg! Said he needed a knee replacement but husband said NO Want a second opinion! Finally transported him Sanford where the real doctor repaired his knee and will fix his shattered leg! l Recommend getting a second opinion because this guy thinks he is god and hes just a plain idiot!

Had him try to fix my toes from a previous accident. Initial visits before the surgery were in a timely manner. Follow up visits after surgery were a minium of 2 hour wait time to see him for less than 2 minutes. My toes now are worse than before. Walking is more painful than before the surgery but I will never let this man touch me again. The last visit was a 4 hour wait and I would have walked out but I needed a release to go back to work because he cut me off on my disability again.

I had a very good experience with Dr Braaton. He very thorough in his examination. His initial diagnosis was proven with a walking cast over 4 weeks. Then another examination which showed no reason for further treatment of two troublesome ankle issues. The surgery on the final issue was scheduled and I felt fully supported as I moved from surgery to recovery.

Dr. Braaton treated my grandmother who suffered from dementia with respect and dignity. He thoroughly explained her injury and provided multiple options in a clear and compassionate manner.

My 99 yr. old mother with a broken hip was taken to Dr. Braaton by medical transport from the rehab hospital for follow up appt. after surgery. She was in alot of pain. We waited over three hours with her crying in pain. Her pain medication was over due and they said they had no pain med in the office. He spent about 10 min. with her. Dr. Braaton bedside manner is poor.We will not keep the return appt.
