Wish I would have spoken up and got a different dr. The whole time I was pregnant was not a happy one with him. Ridiculous wait time for being in the morning. Pushed the vaccine on me and tried to have other people come in and talk to me about getting the vaccine after saying I have to talk to my husband. She had made a comment to him or the nurses while leaving my room. Completely unprofessional. He Asked every time if I got the vaccine and pushed me to try and get it. That was his main concern for the 5 min visit. On one of my tests said that my daughter might have Down syndrome and ordered more tests. Day of results I waited 40+ mins in the room while he and nurses were just outside the room talking about their dogs. Came in said everything is good. Get the vaccine yet? You should. Checked growth and left. I sat in the room a nervous wreck for him to gloss over it. Multiple visits they put me in different rooms. They also went to put new patients in my room while I waited. I also had a different ultrasound place I had to go to that had better machines so they could check my daughters heart. The place was confused as why they sent me after looking at her heart rate and Everything because she was fine. He also went with the 3 hr glucose test.I failed the 3rd test by 1 point. My tests I did after were all good. My A1C was perfect. Even after my pregnancy my A1C is good. After the hospital in the recovery room he went and talked to the next patient and didn’t even come in and check in. After being induced at 39 weeks and being in labor for over 24 hours.
Always positive and does a great job.
I had Dr. Grover with my second child in 2013. I trusted him greatly all for him to do my scheduled csection and after delivering he did not come see me not once. He kept sending my questions answered through the nurses. When I was "healing " my csection got worse. My skin became purple, black and looked like I was wearing a pool donut around my belly. It was the worst pain I've had while having a baby and going home was worse. If it weren't for my husband finding me on the bed in a deep sleep almost unconscious from my csection opening and bleeding out and my husband rushed me to the emergency. They said he wouldn't come in for whatever his reasons were and they aside from a ruptured/infected csection, no answer from him at all, they found a large blood clot near my ovaries. I would never trust him again with any child or even to see him on a regular Pap smear. He did not care for my health and everything health wise that happened led me to have severe anxiety and post pardum depression.
maybe for delivering babies he is acceptable but he has little knowledge of complications and has shown no interest of acquiring knowledge beyond the small scope in which is familiar. when you treat a patient you treat a Human Being, wonder if he treats others as he would someone he loves, now that would be a Doctor, Human Being and someone of High consciousness. we need that,
GREAT DOCTOR!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS IN THE AREA
Please specify which office, because I saw him at his office on Woodrow avenue and I was treated well. All of his nurses were very compassionate and knowledgeable. I admit the wait in the lobby and the exam room can be long, but what do you expect he is an ob/gyn! If you were genuinely satisfied with dr grover, but frustrated with his staff, why didn't you ask to speak with their supervisor or office manager? I wouldn't see anyone else for my ob care, even if I didn't care for his staff
Dr.grover is a very nice man he always was concernd about me.but I agree on the staff they do nothing but talk they take forever to get a simple appt time giving to me. i am thinking about changing offices due to the staff. But the docter was awsome.
I'm not gonna lie dr grover is an awesome OB but what I hate is his nursing staff! They're always gossiping about other patients in spanish of course but i read, write, and speak spanish and when you call they never return your call. To me if you're a good dr. but have a horrible nursing staff then there's a problem you can tell these women are there only for the paycheck and it's sad cause it makes him look so bad! I'm currently gonna have my records released and go to a new OB, I feel my dog gets better treatment from her vet tech at her vet clinic then I do at his office by his staff. It's very sad to say cause here i am pregnant but they dont care about your well being, but its so true. I've had I don't know how many unreturned calls, they honestly just don't care. It's about the $ for these women. I feel if you can't do your job go to a fast food place where it doesn't matter. I give dr. grover a 4 star as a dr but his nursing staff half a star it's that bad! Consider another dr
He scared me into an unnecessary induction due to my being over my due date despite the fact that the baby was fine and I have a family history of having healthy over-40-week pregnancies. He was not my primary physician, but he recommended and oversaw the induction. He used the "you might birth a dead baby" tactic to get me into an induction that, since it was unnecessary and very poorly managed, ended up in an emergency c-section due to the induction almost killing my baby. He and the hospital staff refused to listen to a thing I said, which has resulted in some psychological PTSD issues.
Dr Grover was not my primary ob/gyn when I was pregnant but I did see him a few times when my dr wasn't available. He always took time to answer any and all of my questions and was extremely polite and friendly. He ended up delivering my baby and was great. He was supportive and encouraging and the stitches he put in healed beautifully. My only issue with his office is the staff. The wait takes forever and the girls at the front desk would lose any paperwork I gave them, like my fmla papers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
